Tenjuro Banno is bascially combination of Reverse Flash and Sebastian Shaw because he was pretend to be ally like Harrison Wells but he reveal his true color to other by betray them and like Sebastian Shaw, He torture Heart who become bad guy. He's also Ultron of Kamen Rider show

Nira is Joker because both of them are hero's most hated enemy (Batman hate Joker for killing Robin, and Shinnosuke hate Nira for killing his father for being jealous at him)

I don't know what is Medic, Brain and Freeze's Marvel or DC Counterpart

He is KARR of Kamen Rider in contrast to Krim's KITT since Head Producer states that Kamen Rider Drive is Kamen Rider W meet Knight Rider.

No offence, but this logic is flawed. I've watched Knight Rider and K.A.R.R. is not the final villain of any of its seasons. He appears twice in total in the original series and then once (not counting flashbacks or references) in the 2008 series. Apart from probably two-parters or season finales, Knight Rider never had an overall final villain.

I agree with you that Banno is the final villain since the'yre pretty much setting him up to be (although I'd have to agree with everyone else and rather have Heart as the final villain) but just because his current state is a reference to a villain from a show that Drive is partially based off (or as the actual producer said, a tribute to), that doesn't justify his status as the final villain.
