I thought the representation of Double would be given to a pair of siblings or twins due to the “two in one” concept.

Nadeshiko is the only female rider to keep her powers. So far as I am aware of.

Now that I’ve watched the video a couple of times and done a bit of searching, I second ElConvoy’s comment about this being cosplay.

I typed the names of the four models - Onna, Ceci, Jovi and Yona - into Google and saw that this video is also on YouTube. I also found a YouTube channel called BGs Kiss and the girls look to be a music group from Hong Kong.
