The rumors that P.R. was moving solely to Netflix have been disproved.
If this is the OFFICIAL logo, then Saban must silently be wishing that his biggest property is going to be a "Made for Internet Streaming/DVD/Blu-Ray" movie release and not something to challenge the big-budgeted, CGI-laden Action Movies in theaters. This looks too pedestrian and makes P.R. seem like those types of movies which are blatant hack-jobs trying to cash in on some other franchise.

This logo is for the movie coming out next year.

An updated font and rendition of the classic logo maybe could work but this looks like a generic logo of any sort.
Heck I would not be surprised if this was an energy drink logo.

A: This logo is, IN THEORY, for the 2017 movie.

B: I knew that from the get-go. It just looks like it belongs to the type of movie one might see on solely on Netflix. One sees this logo and cynically thinks that "Saban must be 'thinking' about the Netflix-only thing again".

It looks okay. It's not the best, but I'll be fine with it.

I kinda dig the font, but the excessive lightning bolts - especially the upside-down ones - are just silly.

It's weird. I like it but i don't think it fits Power rangers.

Ha HA Ha!!! This looks pretty bad honestly, looks like something a famous youtuber would put into their own videos, but even those look better. Like seriously this would fit so much better in that 15 minute short from last year.

Now I don't really care for this movie at all and honestly I feel that it's barely going to make enough money back for the studio.

Then how come you're the only one on this whole Netflix thing while the rest of us are discussing it as a plain old movie logo?
