So we finally found out who is the villainous Summer Movie Rider and he is Kamen Rider Dark Ghost!

As Takeru’s time limit approaches, the 15 Heroic Eyecons are stolen by someone known as Dark Ghost! Gathering the souls of those around the world who are honoured with the title of “hero”, Dark Ghost aims to collect 100 Heroic Souls in order to obtain the “Ultimate Eyecon”! The hero Darwin, honoured for his contributions to life and evolution, is somehow tied into this fated conflict!

So this plot is combined of Kamen Rider Drive Surprise Future (excluding the whole future idea) and Kamen Rider Drive X Kamen Rider Gaim Movie!

Who is this mysterious Dark Ghost who want to collect 100 Ghost Eyecons to obtain "Ultimate Eyecon" and do you think Darwin will get a human actor since he is movie-exclusive character?

Dark Ghost looks fairly bland, Mugen looks like Kiwami Arms' ugly stepbrother. These are befittingly bad for the last few forms/riders for this show. It's been hard for me to find much to like in any of the designs Ghost has had to offer. Sad to see it going out on a low note as well.
