Out of that list, I can't really pick. Kouta is the closest, but he really isn't that good. In fact, I can't really think of any Riders I ever had the hots for. They felt more like friends in the way they developed their characters is I feel the same.

I really wish I had enough room to include Kuuga-Decade riders. Shouichi, Wateru, Ryotaro, there are just so many cute Riders. I picked Gentaro for my Neo-Heisei choice but I'll go with Shouichi for my Heisei era choice. He's just so sweet and nice and thoughtful. Not to mention he's a great cook!

Haruto because he's a living japanese Ken doll and Gentaro because his face is precious.
