I think I realised why all these movie designs are really off for me.

These would make excellent evil rangers, with evil zords. They totally feel like something that'd be made with less effort for the actual design and functionality, but meant to mimmick the heroes. The rangers themselves look more like the Psycho Rangers, and the Megazord/Zords being so nondescript feels like villain designs.

I love that the light up feature is called Morphing Grid because that's not a spoiler that a buzzword. I honestly think that was put there because that's is a phrase used used in the show I do not expect to hear it at all in the movie unless the writers had a list of power rangers buzz words and it was shoved in the movie with out knowing what it was.

So far my biggest issue with the zords is lack of paint apps. The designs themselves are kinda cool. They look way more alien than Bayformer which is a good thing. I just need to see what the megazord really looks like though. Like the combiner, or like the interactive version.

There is a video of the morpher as well on that ranger nation site. It does actually have the shutter action, and the coin itself doesn't spin. The lights behind it sequence in a circular motion making the coin look like its spinning. The sounds are pretty cool too.

Oh nice, glad I was wrong then.

But I hate that lever. So out of place.

The shutter is so disappointing. It barely moves, and the LEDs being yellow and not white means every coin lights up the same colour. If the LEDs were just white, the coins own translucent plastic would make them different colours.

Not interested in the interactive megazord but the review for the morpher sure makes me want it. To pre-order with free shipping or not?

Just a quick question, why wasn't the MMPRToys review for the megazord highlighted instead of Black Nerd Comedy? It came out an hour earlier than Andre's.

So I guess you just wear the morpher on your belt and then pull the lever to morph? There's no holding it out in front of you?
