I actually feel the opposite way. I love almost any SiC redesign, but my favorites are the tech-based Riders like Faiz and Den-O. I haven't ordered Kuuga yet, but he's my first toy priority once my finances stabilize again. He looks great and the Kiwami Tamashii line is probably my favorite Bandai action figure line, even over Figuarts.

All the double Riders look better in SiC form, it's true.

My only problem with Kiwami Tamashii is the section. Most of my favorites aren't included...yet, at least. Plus, I've heard awful things about the Garo figures (which is a shame). I'm very happy to see Kuuga joint the ranks though. I do hope his bike is to follow since I like his Gouram Armor a lot.

PS I like most of the SIC designs, I just think the non-techno translates better. I'd buy the hell out of any Kiwami Tamashii W figures (Okay, not Extreme or the Accel upgrade, but everything else). I'd also buy G3-X (or G3) if only so he can lead my Steel Brigades into battle...on the Black Pearl...againist Darth Vader. :p

Yeah, the line kind of has ADD in a sense. It'll start making figures for a series, release two or three toys, then switch gears completely and start making stuff from another show. It doesn't help that they've slowed releases down a lot since the line debuted in '09 (they used to put out about two figures every 2-3 months, now it's one about every 3-4). I'd love to see them pick the pace back up and go back to some of the shows that they've almost but not totally finished (I want a goddamn Ibuki so badly :().

I have no idea what went wrong with the Garo toys. Garo looks good but has curiously limited arm articulation and Zero's arms just will not fucking stay attached. Dan was solid, though, and I haven't heard anything bad about Kiba. Really, though, I have almost all of the regular releases in this line and the only bad ones I've run into are Garo, Zero, and Blade. And even then they all still look great, they just have some articulation issues.
