If the Alien rangers can be ninjas, these guys can be too. it makes just as much sense as one monster being able to destroy whole galaxies.

Not knocking it or anything, just kinda feels too 'samey' after having that the previous season.

I wouldn't mind the idea someone suggested earlier in the thread if his Dad turned out to be the Ninja Storm Red Ranger, but I doubt Saban would make such a unique and cool connection.

Especially sad when there were two previous Power Rangers teams that were ninja themed (Alien Rangers and Ninja Storm(, but given they never attempted to do any crossovers in Dino Charge/Super Charge with Mighty Morphin or Dino Thunder despite the Super Sentai version of the show did.

We established that way back in S3 of Mighty Morphin :p

My theory is the face we saw is default to his factory model and the Shuriken face is after he gets infused with Ninja Power and becomes the Red Ninja Zord.
