There's another image floating around that isn't in the article, it says that they're also the guys who give Naga his power up and mind control him

So I just noticed the far bottom left that says a bit about Cuervo.
Cuervo is a warrior of the Corvus constellation and was one of the 88 warriors that saved Tsurugi centuries ago. It also points out his personality was similar to Lucky and the scan emphasizes he was Tsurugi's partner.

An update-

These are our new villains, the Vice Shoguns.

All 3 are voiced by Super Sentai veterans.

*Akyanba (the clam-head) has the voice of Arisa Komiya (Yellow Buster)
*Cuculga (tentacle-head) is voiced by Naoya Uchida (Denzi Green)
*Tecchu (long-neck) is played by Hiroshi Tsuchiya (Ninja Blue)

Dang, Komiya is really a full-fledged voice actress like M.A.O now I guess with her huge success with Love Live and all. Funny how the two yellow rangers from 2011 and 2012 are both successful voice actresses the other being M.A.O aka Raptor/Washi Pink.

I hope they are actually developed and not there solely for the rangers to get ann upgrade.

Considering how many rangers still haven't had that much development, part of me doubts it, but they can pull an Ex-Aid as I don't believe all 3 will get offed at once and use the deaths as development
