It's not just him either. There are some who are too busy with bigger things. Best we can get for now on is just a couple of reds getting chosen, like 5 or 6 counting the current one.

Well, they could just have him stay in the suit the whole time like in Clash of the Red Rangers. Or do the Five Doctors thing and have some lookalike play him.

I think the problem with Rocky and the Ninja powers is the suit that doesn't look like a Sentai suit and doesn't have a Sentai equivalent so he's not really an official Ranger as the others, or so I think.

Which leaves us with the following 25 Red Rangers:

  3. Zeo (Tommy)
  4. Turbo (T.J.)

It would be Hunter because Lauren was on the 20th anniversary poster, also so many people would be pissed off if Saban took the only female red ranger off the post of Red Rangers.

It would be Super Megaforce Troy, not Hunter. They've had both Megaforce Red and Super Megaforce Red on stuff together before.
