I'm jealous that I'll never get to play Buttobasoul, but it's probably best that I can't. Between that and Ganbaride, I'd probably be like one of those old guys that spend the day at 7-11 playing scratch offs.

It does, because Buttobasoul is an Ex-Aid tie-in arcade game which uses the coins from the show as power-ups, you bring the physical coins with you and scan them on the cabinet.

So there's your answer, these Core Medals are different from the others because they can be used for that game.

And as usual, you would've gotten the point if you just typed "Buttobasoul" into Google search.

So in other words, these aren't medals you can just put in the DX OOO Driver and scan.

I guess we can also expect the orange medals to come if the black ones are being showcased at the bottom.

Yup, these medals can't be scanned in the OOO Driver. They're for use in the Buttobasoul arcade game in Japan. Although I'm sure there are collectors who will want these even if they can't play the game.

By black medals featured on the bottom, are you referring to the Sai (Rhino), Gorilla, Zou (Elephant) core medals? These medals are for the Sagohzo Combo from the show. The black core medals, from the W and OOO Movie Core War, were Sasori (Scorpion), Kani (Crab), Ebi (Shrimp), they have no Combo name that I know of.

Yes, if you look at the bottom of the Premium Bandai pages, Nobunaga's Black Core Medals are clearly shown.
