You would register as a non-attendee. Your registration package determines how many figures you are eligible to purchase. So if you want 8, you'd need to buy a non-attending Platinum package. You would receive all the same items that an attendee would get at that level, it would just be mailed to you after the show (usually by Feb/March of the following year, so 6 months-ish). I would imagine the figures would ship the same way.

You register, pay your registration, then go back in and add the number of figures you want and pay for those as well. That's it! Then you're done and can wait a whole year :lol
