Also, Bionichute, I think I found a more accurate reference to Gros Calibre, AC/DC's Big Gun.
If you agree I will replace it but for now I will have both as a point of reference.
I don't wanna remove it right away just because Big Gun feels more accurate since you spent time looking for those references last week.

Wasn't having treasures based off previous Sentai items the original idea for the Precious in Boukenger?

i think the monsters were what was based off the previous series mecha for example the ashu gai is based of the dairanger red dragon mecha and the combine form of all 5 beasts as his quester upgrade-its why there is a big green circle on his chest.

Sentai's been going on so long you could have an entire team based on nothing but the non-Ranger ally heroes from previous shows, and monsters of the week based on one monster from each previous series.

Not too sure about that, maybe some of them? Although, it has been pretty much confirmed that the monsters are based off previous Super Sentai robots though. For example Ryuon is based off of Daizyujin/OG Megazord from Zyuranger.

thats what i was saying its not the precious its the monsters that are based on passed sentai mecha -some precious are monsters granted but i couldn't find anything indicating that the items are based on pass sentais as some are just for example a cross bow -soldiers bow.
