THIS IS TERRIBLE!!!!

This season needs to be rebooted someday. To be what Ghost is REALLY meant to be about.

- Dragon Ball

It's a Japanese show. Why on earth would Casper, The Crow, and Danny Phantom be used?

I don’t where the original source but it sound very legit cause the writing of Kamen Rider Ghost was rubbish.

You could tell the head writer didn’t really care about the show and only in it for money and didn’t really collaborate with other writers. That’s my guess.

Other writers didn’t really know what to do with the show and it become a mess.

Most of Kamen Rider Ghost’s arc are either rushed or awful. The only good arc that they did was Alain and his relationship with Fumin.

They were both awful. But at least Onari had the saving grace of his scenes with Javert. I wish there had been more of that, and he had had an actual mentoring role suitable for a monk.

100% Subjective. I personally found Senin to be quite amusing (not laugh-out-loud funny, mind you, and I found him eye-rolling at times...but never 'awful').

The tone of Casper would not fit being worked into Kamen Rider, and no one in Japan would care enough about something as niche as Danny Phantom to let it inspire a Rider show. A cult film like The Crow, I could kind of see though - Drive was Knight Rider, after all

I can't remember where I read it before, but they ended having to change story elements as well due to parents complaining that Ghost was too unsettling in the Drive movie.

It's a gigantic shame that Ghost was thrown under the bus. In my opinion, it had the best combination of items and themes in Kamen Rider. Alas, oh well.

Ghost has a cool idea, but badly done. I stop watching the show early on because I didn't like any of the characters and I'm sick of the typical Kamen Rider cliches being used. I kinda wish they did a Faust type of story where the main hero dies and makes a deal with a Devilish character to be reborn as a Kamen Rider. It could have been Kamen Rider's answer to Ghost Rider if they wanted to take inspiration from Marvel.
