As I thought, this suit looks better as an SHF than in the show, where it seems the orange is too much and looks goofy

I feel the complete opposite, personally. I really don't like how the more yellow paint looks here compared to the suit. Or maybe it's that the orange they used isn't as vibrant? Either way, I think it looks awful. Also, leaving the crest's eyes unpainted is pretty lame. It's such an obvious miss that I would hope they'd correct it, but honestly after the past couple of years I'm not expecting it.

I also feel it looks better as a Figuarts. The more metallic colours they use make it far more striking, and on the show in motion I always felt the more protruding parts like the shoulders and 'wings' were a bit too... floppy and off. The sort of thing I only expect from a Monster suit. On a static figure the effect is far better.
