Well, Tsukasa told Noel not to touch the gangler's Lupin Collection so that's probably why he won't discuss about it to her. He did tell her to not trust the gangler.

This episode's Lupin Collections are based on past Sentai's morphers that's pretty cool. I think the ability isn't relevant, though.

That's because Noel hasn't really been an open book. He constantly withholds information while also commonly fraternizing with the Lupinrangers.
He's also able to modify the Lupin collection, but chooses to give the modifications to the Lupinrangers.

It's why he wasn't informed of Keiichiro's plan on getting Splash. Put bluntly, why should the Patrangers trust him?

Yeah, Noel is a thief who takes advantage of the police after all. The Patrangers were forced to work with him. He's probably hiding something and going to betray LuPat in the end.

What's with all the repainted Sentai devices?

The Zyusoken is a homage, but to show a Dinobrace, SP License, lingering shot on a purple "Bad Boys" mobirates and a Magiphone all in one go is a bit much to just be fan service.

A fun call-back for fans to go "Ooooh I know that!" or an easy way to get new props by repainting old ones? You decide!

I think it might become more relevant a the show goes on, looking at previous treasures they all seem to resemble sentai items. If it does turn out to be nothing though then it's just cool.

(In the opening shot it does look like Ikari Gai's mobirates is just sat face down on the table though.)

The Ganglers are inter-dimensional gangsters though so calling that twist now :lol

Got to say I'm enjoying this show a lot more than I did Kyuranger and Kyuohger, apart from Noel, something about him doesn't sit right

This was a pretty interesting Episode to say the least. I really appreciate the writers keeping characters intelligent enough to use info from past Episodes and keep consistent to them. Tsukasa once again shows to be the most competent of her team, being wary of Noel interacting w/ the Gangler, only to find out it wasn't as nice as he initially came off to be.

Also, one thing that people don't seem to be bringing up as a big deal, and something I didn't expect to see until 2-3 episodes later: yes, I'll admit, the villains of Lupin v Pat aren't that great so far, but...other than Zamigo, I think Gauche is probably the 2nd most engaging main villain thus far, consistently showing to be an experimental type of person, and she's shown hints of wanting to enhance their forces through certain enhancements. I like that this Gangler was a result of one of her experiments, and right after he's beaten, the results of her tests comes to be revealed.

Which is funny though because I prefer Kyuranger over Lupin Vs Pat. Say what you will about Kyuranger, but at least the show had a sense of an arc, While Lupin Vs Pat just seems mostly filler, and I feel the characters don't change much either. Plus funnily enough again, Noel is possibly my favourite character in the show and Keiichiro is my least favourite and I literally can't stand him.

But the piece based on the dekaranger's morpher having that power is surprisingly appropriate if you think about it
