Really like what they did with the Sic Ghost. It's such a demonic skullman that it works so well. Like Skullman mixed with an Oni and then has that tattered cloak/hoodie/mantle. Absolute perfection.

Hard to tell, but it looks like they might be using a form of what Hasbro uses on MU and Legends. Rocker ankles but recessed so they look seamless. Which if done right with a rotation upper, and then the peg into the front of the foot, would give them full range, and still leave room for the toe bend as well as get around proprietary issues.

There were some older anthro style cat figures that did something like that in candy toys, but they did the peg downward into the heel, this like it may go straight into the front of the foot. Really hard to tell though, Blizzard is the only one I can visibly see a rocker ball ankle partially.
