Like Switchblade said, the hud in Kamen Rider Birth is one. And this is minor, but ToQ 3's Signal Hammer is shaped like Mjolnir, except it's obviously bigger.

Kamen rider knight bears some resemblance from Batman.

I think Jason Todd's new Red Hood design is nearly a rider design by it self.

But that all fit the theme. Normal human using a suit to give them super powers. Normally tragic back story which gives them a will to fight for justice but not necessarily is a law-abiding way. Lot of body form suits with animal theme, cool iconic belts. Only batman has capes instead of transformation scene.
I think i just talked myself into wanting this...

Just the villains are ether too mundane or too outrageous for KR normal flavor.
