I just used Google translate so depending on how accurate that is, it looks like you'll be able to switch between the two modes. It did mention the Gashat memorial set which had voice lines only? I didn't follow Ex-Aid so I'm not sure about that part but if that was the case, maybe there was some feedback from collectors that would have preferred to be able to use them normally too.

I googled translate the site as well and I’ll have to take it with a grain of salt. However since the another ride watches can switch from Another Build to Another Ex-Aid it sounds like you can switch between the Cast Lines and Normal ride watch lines. I haven’t watch Ex-Aid yet and I don’t have any Gashats so I don’t know the complete difference between memorial and normal.

Though I like Zi-O and I’ll get this as my first memorial set because I have all the main Heisei ride watches + Diend ride watch as well as the Ohma Zi-O ride watch on preorder so adding Tsukuyomi and Woz to my collection isn’t really a problem to me...I have an addiction.

Looking at what they're specifically mentioning; which specific issue they're addressing - with admittedly dodgy translation - it's entirely possible that the Tsukiyomi Ridewatch will be the only one that can switch modes. That seems to be the worst case scenario, though.

Yeah, I considered that possibility too. Guess we'll find out eventually. Haha.

From a video I saw on YouTube, the memorial Gashats had both the voice lines and the regular jingles/announcements.
