I don't even dislike Trinity but it would be very sneaky (but not surprising) if you had to buy this figure in order to replicate the signature attack of your Zi-O II figure!

SHF Zi-O II's Saikyo Girade was able to combine with the Ride Striker's Zikan Girade. That's why I was unsure if this one can separate.

What's the JP Market/fans perception on ZI-O Trinity? Seeing the Build/Genm/Decade armor SHFs go down in price at Mandarake gives me hope for this one as well since my July funds are restricted to Jin only. XD

...Tho, I really only want this set for the Saikyo Girade and to use ZI-O Trinity as a topping for my Geiz/ZI-O/Woz shelf display.

This is what happens when someone could not decide if they wanna be a personification of a Rolex, G-Shock, or Apple Watch for Halloween and just decided to be all three. :lolol
Gotta say, I loved it in action love it as a figure.

I hope so. If it does separate then buying this figure would be a much nicer way to get a Zikan Girade for your Zi-O or Zi-O II, and still leaves Trinity with a weapon for himself!
