Is that with SS?

I've never experienced that in any of the SHF or SS versions on any Decade figure I have.

Yeah, it is. Decade, Diend, and Kabuto were some of the first Seihous ever made, and as such alot of them had a notorious QC issue where the elbows were way too tight and could crack under the pressure of normal play. Thankfully SHF Upgrade's' replacement elbows work great, from what I understand.

I just checked his page and do not see them.

I don't normally like finals, but Armed Hibiki is one of my all time favorite suits. I hope that one is next.

I don't know if in Decade and Diend's case it's simply them being old. Diend is only from last year, and even if you were to take it being a heavy remould of Decade into account Kuuga, Agito and Hibiki all came out before Decade.
