I was just thinking about this last week, wondering if they somehow decided to adapt Fuuto Detectives, because it was the most recent (besides Buster) Manga Rider adaption, but thought it unlikely because the original cast are busy in other things (though I'm aware they had replacements in games and such).

Still I'm very excited for this, having read some of the Manga, and seeing everyone hoping for Spirits or one of the other adaptions, or even a completely original work, the possibilities are endless.

A Spirits anime has long been a thing I'm shocked hasn't existed, but this is uh... wow, actually! This might be pretty freakin' good too!

(Also, just gonna throw out there that it would make my day if this turned out to be one of those manga adaptations that Yasuko Kobayashi does screenwriting for. Not because I expect her to be able to flex her skills here, or anything, but just for the sheer novelty factor of her adapting a comic that was already literally by Double's main writer.)

Oh hot damn, that's really exciting! I was following the manga closely up until Genm Corp seemingly stopped scanlating it, so I'm very eager to see the rest of that story.

I wonder if they'll use music from the live-action show for the opening? An anime version of the W-B-X opening would be fun.

Me too! I'm really counting on all W fans to support this show so its success will open the door for a SPIRITS anime, or, at the very least, an official translation of the comic. :p

I'd assume the Memory of Heroez W cast will be a possible choice for the roles considering how true to form their performances were. Shotarou, Philip, Ryu, Akiko and Eternal all sounded near-perfect to me.

This sounds awesome. I was digging the manga until the scanlations abruptly stopped, so an anime adaptation sounds like a great compromise.

I'd love if they could get the original actors back, but the MoH cast would be a suitable replacement.

Well, that's pretty cool. Guess I'll have to watch Double now :lol

Here's hoping that this does well, and they adapt the other Rider and hopefully Sentai manga.
