Stacaesar does the Herculean task of making people like Battle Fever J aesthatics. Combine that with a great color combiantion of purple, black and red with a long flowy scarf and you have a sure fire winner.

Ultraman The Next Junis is based off concept art of the Original Ultraman with veins and more organic looking skin.

I love the kind of cross looking color timer and the face is reminsicent of Type A face. It creams original and classic at same time.

I didn't realise that was the reason, but it makes perfect sense. I really, really like Kamen Rider 4's design and character, to be honest, and I wish there was more of him.

I really want to talk here about the design of Princess Sailor Moon in PGSM but can't because that was Heisei redesigning Heisei.

I wonder if Stacaesar's suit will change color when/if he becomes a good guy.

I haven't watched Zenkaiger yet, but Zenkaiser and Stacaesar's suits make me tempted, both look retro in a really great way. I always love capes and scarves in toku

Add Mirror Knight to the list of criminally underrated reboot suit designs ever. That suit is SLEEK. And I really love how they made the emblem on the original's forehead a visor.
And Glenfire I think was a great example of a huge overhaul done well giving it a more distinct look while maintaining some design elements of the original.
