I'm kinda surprised they're releasing this. Guess the sales for the Ultra franchise have been good enough. To try to expand a little. I wonder if we'll see releases for shows like Fireman and Mirrorman down the line.

It'd make sense to me even if the Ultra releases weren't doing well -- SSSS Gridman and Dynazenon have been gaining popularity, after all

I think Gridman was part of the deal between Mill Creek and Tsuburaya to begin with! Add that with the apparent success of the anime and it's probably ample justification to chance it.

I am so definitely getting this series once the Blu-Ray set comes out especially since I seriously love everything I’ve seen of the original Gridman series so far. Only two months away. :D
