Mei not becoming Espada does NOT make Saber a bad show. Can we actually focus on its actual flaws and not on something that has rarely been hinted at in the actual show?

I wanted Mei to become Espada too, but it was clear that was not the path they wanted. And you know what? That's okay? She's the heart of the group, serving as someone who can get them to laugh despite the dreary atmosphere. While her having a Rider form is appreciated, the story would still be fine without one.

Really, I'm more surprised people aren't talking about the small fight between Touma and Ren, or that new ability Yuri could use via the Kurayami and Saikou.

I don't think that's a new ability. It's essentially the same thing Yuri did to Bacht, sealing him using the power of both swords.

it's not overreacting, it's lously writing like all the characters that we know nothing about or hardly involved with the story get rider forms out of nowhere but the character that's been involved throughout the whole story/show gets nothing, it's a slap in face to the actress. how is that justified? especially she wanted to be rider and she deserved to be rider, no offense to their others they dont.

whether you like someone or not, it's wrong. it's like you work hard for promotions and the boss pushes you to the side for someone that hardly works that promotion, it's not right.

You not getting your way is not bad writing. You can be important to a show even if you don't shout "Henshin!" and put on some armor.
