Well... Anno finally did it... He made a fusion of his own creation, his childhood heroes, and the King of the Monsters into a giant combining robot.

This man truly is some kind of mad genius.

It has all the doofiness and charm that a combining robot should have. It's stupid, unconventional, and absurd, yet so brilliant, impressive, and full of fun. Looks like we don't need a Shin Super Sentai after all.

And Kamen Rider, being the only one a normal size is the pilot (is Shinji still in Eva 01?) is just magnificent, and fitting considering his movie came out recently.
