If Sara becomes a Rider and Keiwa accidentally touches that Core ID, could he reverse-engineer something and be like Zangetsu and Genm by switching to a new device?

Nothing too crazy this episode, but it was nice. Really curious about what exactly this next round will be like, since this has basically been a tutorial round so far.


Also, I nearly spat on my screen when I saw Hallelujah Ween's name.

By the way, this is probably a projection, but I thought that the bear riders in the "Geats" basically correspond to their animals. Dapan is a weak rider, unable to survive on his own and too bad-tempered to make friends. Shiro, the "polar bear", is a strong player (after all, third place in the past DGP), but is doomed to die due to circumstances that he cannot influence. PunkJack, the "brown bear", is the most successful of the trio.

I don't think I have much to add on to this episode, which I enjoyed, but I can't come up with much to say other than I had a strong feeling the butler guy was secretly the Game Master. Also, PunkJack face reveal.

It was nice to see everyone at each other instead of working together to beat the final boss, even though Buffa did somewhat influence Geats. Now a new game begins and is Ace basically becoming a super star in the eyes of the DGP executives so that he can get any wish he wants, since it sounds like there are some things the host is against giving out, which makes me wonder if Ace's mom is that special in the case of this series.

Now the game aspect in this show feels more significant than Ex-Aid's before regarding Kamen Rider Chronicle (their game motives in Riders are on point though, like pausing an online game Cronus did that turns it into something OP). There were only Poppy being the brief guide, the game being meant for Bugsters to kill humans, thus the humans are underpowered, and Cronus being intended for humans who passed the game to fight Gamedeus (a help for human despite the game being for Bugsters).

I guess fair enough for Buffa knowing Water Buckle. Though for some reason, Keiwa seems to be the only one who got confused and doubtful at the beginning, no matter who's the newcomer or not. It can be about his lack of understanding of putting one's life at stake for a wish, but still...

About Neon not having her signature buckle yet, that'd only add more point into the sudden burst of fighting ability part.

Fair enough, agreed on how the learning to have empathy part for what others are going through could consist as the literal moral part of him in this story (and also about how you explained that he learned from Michinaga too). I'm also someone who doesn't really like being told to forget it over (though being able to forget can actually help with self-health), and seeing Michinaga's flashback gave me thought that though Ace thinks he's being helpful, it's a terrible way to deal with someone in that situation (albeit I'd think Michinaga goes overboard with his grudge over that). Thus as I said it's good to have his worldview challenged here.

Otherwise, as established here, yeah normal can be really shitty for many people, and for those who take this too far, this can be the reason to justify depraved villains only because their actions would change normal, and heroes too are often portrayed as those who only keeps the status quo and fight to return everything to normal thus takes shit for that for 'ignoring' the society's clear flaws.
