To be honest, I think Da Pan is overrated. He appears dangerous due to his nihilistic views, but as aptly noted, Ace prefers to do nothing. He has neither the mind of Nudge nor the cunning of Merry. In fact, he is more dangerous to his allies, because he can do harm if an opportunity presents itself for no particular reason. Also, personally, I have already forgotten the face of his actor.
Personally, I want the return of the dead riders in the form of Jamato. Namely, Retta with the Propeller of Death.

In my ideal story, the Jamato will evolve to the point where they stop listening to their sponsor and gardener and decide to quit the game. And at the same time to take revenge on the DGP and all of humanity in addition. It seems to me that this is a pretty good plot for the final or pre-final arc, which will help to separate the redeeming characters from the ultimate villains.

Well, looks like we now know where Ace's mom is.

The Goddess of Creation. Doesn't take a genius to figure that out...

Unless they pull a stunt like they did here and subverted expectations by planting a red herring in Lupo, and revealing Naago as the actual Desastar. I guess props on them.

Anyway, loved the action, it's always great to see Riders using their bikes. And even better to see (thanks for breaking the news for me last episode) Zombie Buffa, made my day. And look! Quiz Owl's back! I'm kind of glad to see this Evil Rider Team assemble.

And Gazer being a boss was a delight to watch, seeing him wipe himself with a handkerchief and wipe his boots on Buffa was especially funny to me.

I really wouldn't be surprised if at the end of the show, our heroes release the Goddess of Desire, Ace looks at her and says:
"That's not who I'm looking for"
after which he will go into the sunset to meet new behind-the-scenes adventures.

- Definitely surprised to see Neon turning out to be the Desire Star. Though I suppose I shouldn't have been; there was a lot more pointing to Neon being Desire Star than Sae, and on a meta level it would've been pretty anticlimactic for Sae to be revealed as Desire Star the way that (it seemed) she was. I guess it just never occurred to me that Sae could be a second red herring.

- On the note of Neon being Desire Star, I'm wondering if this means that she's got a chance of being the ultimate winner and Desire God of this DGP iteration?

Like, at this point in the series, I can't imagine they'll still be having Geats win. And especially considering that his wish this time is to be Game Master of the DGP. With a wish like that, a wish that the out-of-universe higher-ups at Toei Studios would never allow to be granted, I feel like the only question is who he's losing to.

- I'm throwing my hat into the prediction ring that Mitsume is the "Goddess of Creation" that the Archimidel and Beroba want to steal, and whose powers are presumably the method the DGP uses to grant wishes and reset reality after a round ends. It would explain why the DGP want so badly to keep her secretive; they're keeping her away from any potential risks because if anything happens to her, it could very well mean the end of the DGP as a whole.

- I'm glad to see that Daichi's defected to the Jamato side, as the brains to Michinaga's brawn. It felt like he had a lot more potential as a character than most eliminated Riders, and that potential might've been wasted if he'd stayed eliminated for the rest of the series after just three episodes.
