I am getting Masamnue Dan and Gai Amatsu vibes from Sueru as villain. Because both Masamune Dan, Gai Amatsu, and Sueru are masterminds.

Well, at least JGP only lasted 9 episodes and gave us that awesome Sengoku Game, whereas KR Chronicle lasted the entire second half of EX-Aid and became repetitive. And at least it's not the Work Competition arc.

A fun female Rider isn't exempt from tragedy though. I think Neon's big heart is the reason why she suffers so much, that she's full of love for her fans, but was born out of coldness and betrayed by the future fans for being an artificial lifeform. Her desire for true love, whether it's platonic, familial or romantic, is a road of inevitable painful heartbreak. However, I think she'll bounce back and keep fighting for the true love she deserves, which is what I want to see.

I think people are more likely to accept a box given to them by a cheerful cute mascot character like Tsumuri than a suspicious guy like Giroli or Chirami. It's just good publicity for DGP to have the navigator be somebody approachable, like how Smart Lady was the face of Smart Brain as means to convince Orphenochs about their anti-humanity propaganda.

Ryuki proved twenty years ago that this is not important.

I mean, I didn't say it would work. A lot of Orphenochs were fine with murdering humans and found Smart Lady annoying. Kanzaki didn't have the reach or credibility of an organisation like Smart Brain or DGP, so he had to be selective, going after people in desperate situations who couldn't afford to refuse.

Though Ace and Keiwa got murdered in a different way of the Heaven and Hell game round turning them into bubbles. But at least for that part, it seems to be a genuine murder as Ace returns not because he got freed or something, but someone else making an effort to revive him. I don't think it's due to Ace's first wish though, which'd be jumping into the conclusions. It's implied to be because of Tsumuri's prayer of which she's on the same breed as Mitsume.

And ofc, Chirami is one of the Riders actually fit for Michinaga's bleak view of them (and Chirami himself also has bleak view of humanity), but the bad thing is deeming everyone else on the same group as like that too due to bad experience - like when someone dates an unfaithful opposite sex, then later goes on a crusade against all opposite sex due to assuming all as similar to that unfaithful scum (e.g., a female being objectified and cheated and brutally retaliated against him, but also then deeming all males as perverted playboys). I still have to say though that his world seems the same from the perspective of those not knowing the DGP, just saying to prevent the thought that the DGP is the only problem thus anything happens to others is ok to make a dent to it.

Personally, I wouldn't use her "love for her fans" as the highlight for her, because actually it's not shown much, generally only done in her continuing to create content. Not that she's bad regarding it (and other "celebrity" types in KR is shown like this too, though my example is also from Gaim - in Beat Riders...), but I feel that her against fans is just standard, and that how a certain celebrity in real life treats their fans set me a high standards for these kinds. Yeah, she'd perhaps bounce back, but I hope this won't be used to diminish how horrible Beroba's actions are (or even depicting that as "misery builds character" kind); because good or bad deeds isn't determined by the outcome.

This was the part where the characters who are helping others are shown to be genuine, and not merely doing it for points like Michinaga accused or such (and even then within the DGP, it's actually important too because not all civilians get reset). In-universe, Chirami is baffled why they'd help others without a promise of the reward. Ace too questioned Keiwa and Neon doing that, but it being a lie from Ace means the lie part is him only doing that to further his agenda, with the truth being him genuinely protecting.

Before Heaven and Hell, what Neon did in this arc is pretty much the same as Keiwa's (and also like in for example, Schemes DGP), using the powers granted by the DGP to protect people and oppose DGP, also including helping setting up the festival hearing that it should start tomorrow (though it got canceled). Previously before this, Kousei never keeps her in the house, but giving her all the freedom, but he's still a problematic parent in a different way (and Kyuun got disgusted by him), opposite to Irumi, leaving the house isn't the only problem (like for previously, not being allowed to socialize is another).

Beroba did, she said it herself that she hoped that Ace visiting Mitsume would play out like what she hoped.

Yes, but she must be the ideal daughter of Kosei, and he does not look like someone who appreciates saving people. You can bring here what he wanted for her to win the DGP, but then Neon is just not doing well enough. Plus, would a "perfect daughter" upset her mother or generally conflict with her? Then Neon should have been more like Cinderella, obediently enduring all the bullying of her relatives. In this regard, Neon without desires in between games is much more suitable for the role of the ideal daughter of a wealthy family.

There was an organization in Gaim who still decided that a suspicious guy was enough to recruit riders.

For Ace's desire, I was specifically referring to the one time he got Retired and revived in the same world while a DGP season was still ongoing, where he lost his memories and had to find clues he left for himself. It's true that Tsumuri's hidden magic is the reason for his revival this episode. I was only wondering if the first case is an effect of the desire, or something that might apply to other Retired Riders, like if we have to wait for this world to end before we see John and Ben again.

Yeah, Michinaga's hatred of Riders is another interesting take on the theme of prejudice after Zero One and Zenkaiger. What Michinaga might need for development is something like Isamu getting saved by a HumaGear doctor, to show him that Riders aren't inherently bad people. It's difficult, since the whole premise of DGP is designed to be attractive to selfish people and even saving civilians is a way of scoring arbitrary points for the game. Michinaga can't trust anybody, as everything is for the sake of desire, which comes at the cost of the losers' desires.

So Michinaga does not hate riders as people, only as a concept. If a rider saves him, he will respond with aggression, as he always did when Ace and Keiva helped (team player Michinaga from the movie does not count). In principle, communication with Beroba just confirmed this.
The problem is that the DGP should not exist in principle, because (as explained in the 32nd episode) the desire of the winner is fulfilled at the expense of the misfortunes of others. That is, even if the game goes perfectly, without dead civilians and injured competitors, the victory on points will not be counted, because there will not be enough misfortune to fulfill the desire.
This, by the way, retroactively adds weight to Girori's hatred of Geats. After all, it turns out that Ace's desires were not at all harmless and many people died and suffered, for the sake of completely unimportant nonsense.
