Red is the color of molten rocks, so Gavv Amazingummy is like Shouma weaponizing his own digestive system outside of his body. And yeah, the result looks as monstrous as it does bad*ss!

This seems like the logical route to me as well. Lango believes in strength above all else, so looks like he intends to give Shouma one final brotherly test to determine if he's strong enough to receive his blessing to stand at the top of Stomach. Lango is much weaker than Bocca, so I believe his betrayal here will seal his end in the next episode, making way for Jeep.

Makes sense why it's not the Final Form then, since Shouma can't simply restock it like he can with the Gochipod. So it's basically the Oma Zi-O of Gavv, ironically borrowing the undersuit of Geiz.

Totally satisfying to finally hear Bocca lose his cool though. His final words and death were undignified like a sore loser, as he was unable to accept that somebody could actually destroy him, even by assassination. In the end, the unbeatable Bocca's arrogance became his fatal weakness. Lango is also quite pathetic though, as this is now the second time he killed someone using cheap methods.

Continuing the parallel between Shouma and Jeep. Shouma gained power so that he wouldn't have to lose more of his loved ones, while Jeep gained power to avenge the only loved one he had and this shows us how Granute society might have ended up this way on a small scale, how people are forced to grow stronger and become oppressive just to prevent their own oppression. Perhaps even Bocca knew that fear once.

This messes with my head a bit because I am used to seeing the dude who plays big bro Lango as one of the good guys in the Battle Royale movie (yes, THAT Battle Royale movie with Tatsuya Fujiwara, Beat Takeshi, etc.). I look at stuff like that and can't help but go "What the hell, Shinji!". :lolol
Fun fact, the dude who plays Sazer Dail in Gransazer plays one of the classmates who tags along with Shinji in the Battle Royale movie.

I never expected the detail we learned however-long ago that Granutes primarily eat rocks would feel relevant, but yep, this is the first time I can recall Shouma ever doing that. He *is* half-Granute, albeit a cyborg. I wonder if they're quietly implying that Granute-nutrition is the other key to unlocking massive power for Shouma. It's always struck me as odd that Gavv has been a junk-food Rider, but this is a show aimed at kids! Seems like slightly odd that they've never added "actually nutrition is important, too" anywhere along the way.

That was brought up several times during the earlier episodes, with characters imparting onto Shouma to eat actual meals, not just snacks, as well as implying that his tendencies of passing out during the first few episodes stemmed from him snacking more than actually eating nutritious foods.
It's also shown that, despite not yielding Gochizos, Shouma still enjoys actual meals
