I don't see how that's odd; I've always heard at least the opening(and possibly a collection of insert songs) before I've seen a toku show. Not that I judge a show by it's opening first so that I'll have bias, but because 3-5 minutes is much shorter than 13 hours. :lol

I fell in love with it when my brother pirated an old Blade PS1/PS2 (Not sure which console) fighting game, and Elements would start up whenever someone did their super (I was playing the games and listening to the music almost 4 years before I watched the show :lol)

Even Matrix will agree that the Hibiki episode of Decade, and the scene this song is from inparticular, is worth watching.

That's because the episode is about Asumu and his friends, not Decade being a royal prick and getting praised for it (In true Mary Sue fashion).
