-MMPR coins(all versions) lost minus Black and Red(Possibly green assuming they remember that)
Thats quite a few US teams that are down and need to be brought back for a proper(IMO) legend war; since I personally dont think we will get AkaRed, I think a McGuffin burst from the Morphing Grid could restore a bunch.

To be fair, there were a lot of dead warriors and lost powers that returned for the OG Legend War. [opinion]It's not like Power Rangers deserves explanations over Super Sentai.[/opinion]

i dont know that the zeo powers upgraded to the turbo powers. the fact that divatox and co destroyed them leads me to believe they were their own deal

maybe they'll just skip that whole 'going to space' and 'aliens' thing and just skip that whole story?

zeo power where never upgraded to turbo due to kat used her zeo power in the movie thaat is cannon so zordon just felt that he need to make new power and he never upgraded the old one

actually Kat tries to morph before they ever went and received the turbo powers. i know the case has bern made that Billy was working on the turbo powers every time he disappeared (after all what else could he have been making?)
