The entire post, "Finally, someone with sense" was a joke. You then took that statement and applied it to my hatred of Decade, which wasn't a joke.

It works both ways.
If Decade's role is so minor that I shouldn't bring up my disdain over him, then the converse that his role is so minor that a fan shouldn't bring up their excitement over it.
You're holding a double standard that only positive opinions should be allowed concerning it, regardless of how minute it is.

KyoryuGold's design looks better than what was revealed a while ago. I quite like it now, but much as I like Magiranger, I'm not sure I'd like another Sentai alumni as a Ranger. Besides, why would they keep fetching Magiranger actors anyway?

You're the one that said his role is so minor that someone excited for it shouldn't express how elated they are. You are more than welcome to express how you're not happy with the situation, your opinion of Decade, etc. But don't insult someone over it.

Comedy and humor is fickle and subjective.
If a comedian tells a joke, and half the room laughs, and the other half sits in silence, then what? It wasn't funny to 50% of the room, does that mean he should issue a formal apology because of it? Should he give a refund because someone in the crowd didn't enjoy themselves?

One person didn't find it funny. Ten people didn't find it funny. Hell, no one in the entire room has to find it funny. Jokes fail.
That doesn't change the fact that, at the end of the day, the words spoken were, ultimately, in jest.

It's not that it was de-bunked, it's just that the image that showed him changing into Gold was proved to be fake.

Torin could still be Gold, even if one guy makes fan art of him turning into Gold before his identity is confirmed.

Somebody photoshopped an image of Torin turning into KyoryuGold. However the quality between the two was so different that the image was deemed fake. The rumor still stands though.

I do hope this doesn't turn into a canon movie if Torin does turn out to be Gold.
It would be a little annoying for Torin to just start morphing in Kyoryo and they'd have not so subtle hints to go see the movie to find out why/how.

But see, you're using "it was a joke" as a defensive mechanism so you either don't feel so bad about insulting those that have a difference of opinion than you, or so you don't get in trouble.

Regardless, no one laughed. Comedians get booed off stage all the time. Try a different act next time.

3 things about KyoryuGold:

- There have been rumors of Torin being Gold since before the series officially started. No confirmation of course.

- There's an apparent rumor of a voice actor for KyoryuGold in Super Hero Taisen Z. Much like Gokaisilver he will have a brief in suit rumor if rumors are to be believed.

- That magazine scan posted today has 2 images blacked out on either side of Gold. One is unknown but the left side is definitely Magired. Is it possible that his actor will return to play a new sentai character just as Magiyellow/Beet Buster did?

All rumors right now so there's no way to know but those are the 3 current possibilities.

...the reason magired is there is to advertise the Magiranger battery :/

Anyone else find it odd that Magi Reds' battery is gold? Like it's branded as a Kyoryugold battery? It's a slightly different shade of gold but I wonder if all the previous sentai batteries will use that gold.

Perhaps all special batteries will be gold. It might be the battery for the entire Magiranger team, not just MagiRed?

The Goseiger, Gokaiger and Go-buster batteries are all gold going by the older scans so I guess all sentai team batteries will be gold.

I'm pretty sure they're making the batteries for whole teams, 200+ batteries for out-of-show-content is too damn much.
