Yeah, I've seen them all and own the Dino Thunder one myself. They released all the individual volumes and then box sets too. For a while you could get them DIRT CHEAP (I paid about £6 for my DT box set) but once everyone realised they were out of print everything skyrocketed in price, even the individual volumes :(

Looks like I'll never own my favourite seasons :(

All I remember of any of the alien rangers is they would dehydrate, they get water just in time, Call the battle borgs, form the shogun megazord and destroy the monster of the week in about 2 minutes. That wasn't even Tideus, I think that was one of the other ones. Chip's at least is more memorable than any of the alien rangers.
