I feel Teen Titans Go isn't given a chance because of the shows it replaced.
It's actually pretty fun if you can watch it without intent on hating it.

It's not the best show ever.
It's great, but not the best.

"Teen Titans Go!" is a funny show. love how they throw in all these other DC characters into the background of the show.

I'm glad there's someone else who was willing to give it a shot.

I've been watching the hell out of the Regular Show lately. I don't think I have laughed that hard at any cartoon since early Family Guy.

Otherwise I've been known to enjoy all the DC animated universe shows and the new Ninja Turtles. I love the hell out of those shows.

Oh, Regular Show is another show I watch. It's not top 10 material for me, but I enjoy it.

I used to watch Adventure Time, but I've steadily lost interest in it since the introduction of the Flame Princess.

As for nostalgic cartoons, Darkwing Duck, Gargoyles, X-Men, and Road Rovers were all pretty fun.

Really? I was at a con this past weekend and one of the voice actors (I believe it was Nicole Oliver) mentioned how she worked on it, and people went nuts.

I am sure I had some kind of action figure from Dino-Riders, it was a snake guy soldier or something....I might need to research this.

Bots Master had some of the zaniest robot/mecha designs ever. It was really different from anything made these days.

I don't watch much western cartoons. When I do I always wind up in Detention.

While they ARE edutainment shows, I still love Arthur and The Magic School Bus.

I like The Magic School Bus. And when we had HBO? I used to watch Crashbox, not ashamed. Another show I forgot was Gargoyles. The original run not that godaweful Goliath Chronicles. And Aladdin. Alot of those Disney Cartoons weren't horrible. I even enjoyed Kim Possible, and Phinneas and Ferb.

I think its an indication of how drastic a change to the current form of western animation is. The 80s to 90s were in many ways the best time for Western Animation. I always said half-jokingly that kids today only have "crap" like Ben 10 to relate to. Its almost sad.

I remember Crashbox. T'was fun.

But honestly, though not in my top 10, I'd rank Ben 10 as higher than a lot of the stuff we watched during the 90's...

The original Ben 10 and up through Ultimate were alright. I didn't enjoy Omniverse much. And I agree with the rest of what you said. The 2000's haven't been excellent cartoon-wise. And not to get into a rant but alot of it has to do with 4kids.Tv. And people like them watering down what is aired so much it becomes mush. Justice League was an excellent show, so was Unilimited. So was Spider-Man. Unlimited wasn't very good, but that had alot to do with the animation style for me. But none of them would be made now. Look at Young Justice, and Green Lantern. Look at Tron: Uprising. Good story, and excellent storytelling, is being replaced by.. Whatever Teen Titans Go! is.

And Matrix: Alot has to do with they cancelled Young Justice and Green Lantern to put it on. And alot of it has to do with I didn't enjoy Teen Titans when it came on the first time. I always felt they rushed storyline and relied to much on Comic Relief. Which is why I enjoyed Young Justice so much. It felt more like a mature and grown-up show.

And has anyone ever seen the Spawn animated series which came on HBO back in the day? I still have the episodes on VHS. It's good. But... to this day I have no idea WTF is going on at any one moment. So it's alot like the comics :lol

I actually felt Ben 10's absolute worst points were during Alien Force and Ultimate Alien. I haven't enjoyed it until Omniverse.

And I still feel a lot of animosity Teen Titans Go gets is from people who want to hate it. Giving a show a chance doesn't quite matter when it's an uphill battle to win a viewer over because the viewer has no intent on enjoying it.
It's something I realized when I became a Brony. I never got into MLP sooner because I always watched episodes with the full intent on disliking it, so when I finished an episode, lo and behold, I hated it.

I've had that sitting on my harddrive for about 2 years yet haven't had a chance to actually watch it yet.

I haven't watched a cartoon or anything animated for ages...

I got hooked on Adventure when I was in America last summer watched a lot of that but it just became re-run after re-run over here. I also had Ultimate spider-man and omniverse on record... haven't seen either of them in a long time either. EDIT: oh and i liked classic Ben-10, found Alien and Ultimate to be rather rubbish and think Omniverse is back on track slightly.

err aside form that I used to watch a lot of Phineas and Ferb and batman the brave and bold, and Transformers Animated. That got me back into collecting TF's again and are pretty much the only TF's I still have, the rest of my collection (mainly movie and classics) have slowly been sold off. So yeah that how much i Loved Animated =D

I remember liking Courage the Cowardly dog, Batman the animated series, Justice League, and Beast Wars. Everything else I watched was pretty much dubbed Japanese shows =p

right for me i used love watching the superman the animated seris and BTAS all of the DCAU shows as a kiid some i remeber watching and forgot untill recenly like bot masters. i used love old 80's TMNT or back then in the UK TMHT (Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles) got in to Transformers with G1 due to my older brother had video taps of a few season 2 episodes and i used to watch G2 style reales of G1 as well then i watch Beast wars and Beas machines. also Eek the cat i loved http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2-e5R9bJZwk

Mickey mouse club house! I liked watching that too. And the Lilo and Stitch series. Forgot about them, the others I remember watching but it was more casual viewing. The other shows I absolutely HAD to watch each week.

Sooo I pretty much have zero expectations for this new Avengers show. Earth's Mightiest Heroes was awesome, and in my opinion on par with Justice League or Young Justice. This new series is really gonna have to step up if it hopes to fill EMH's shoes.

So far, so good looks pretty good but I'm remaining cautiously optimistic…considering Ultimate Spiderman.

EMH was awesome, no doubt, but was massively overrated, in my eyes. With sub par animation, poor design, bland stories for every good one, and hyped up way too much.

"Reboot" was my favorite show way back when.

I loved that show! Who doesn't love a show that has a Power Rangers-esque team based entirely around ice hockey?

I've been watching a lot of the Animaniacs recently, i never realized how much i hate almost everyone in that show. :/

All this talk reminds me of how much I loved the Disney Channel back then. Last time the Disney Channel focused more on cartoons than the live-action teen sitcoms they have nowadays.

Pre-teen sitcoms is Disney's Bread and Butter, now.
It's unfortunate, but that's what their audience wanted, apparently...

Which is really sad. They made alot of nice animated shows. Mighty Ducks, Tail Spin, Gargoyles.
