Jen had the most development of any Pink Ranger from the Post-Zordon seasons. Thus she wins.

But then, Pink Rangers don't seem get that much development anyway. Which sucks.

Had to vote for Cassie since it looks like no one else will. Cassie is the only Pink Ranger that I actually liked (though I don't know them all). Maybe I should watch some Time Force based on these votes.

You specified that Jen was best post-Zordon, which implied the pre-Zordon Pinks could even hold a candle to her (Spoiler alert: They can't).

Kendrix is the only one who I could conceivably see myself voting for aside from Jen.
I'm not sure on Karone. She didn't do much.

Not as a Ranger but her over-the-top acting as Astronoma is pretty funny and she's cute.
