It's an awesome kit, even if you don't use it for the build, it adds some Zeon to your shelf. It comes with a rifle longer than it is tall, which could always be useful somewhere down the line.

Well I've placed an order for the kits I'll be using via Mandarake. Not sure if they'll all be in stock but fingers crossed. I kind of need them all for this to work :p

That's a beautiful gun. But if I were to try to turn H-Arms Custom into MetalGarurumon X, I'd have to cut that thing into pieces, and that'd break my heart...

Leaning towards a clear Destiny, it looks really awesome, plus I won't be doing any fancy customizing like you people are talking about, so the only way for mine to be cool, is for it to be a cool kit out of the box.

Head: 00 Gundam

Shoulder Pads: G-Bouncer

Arms: Age-1 Sparrow

Torso: Maybe the AGE-2 or Strike Freedom

Waist: AGE-1 with G-Bouncer sides.

Legs: 00 Qan[T]

Pretty sure they have the same joints.

The problem is that I think The SEED Destiny and 00 kits use ball joints for connecting the arms to the torso, but the AGE kits use pegs.

Strike Freedom I believe uses the same peg and polycap set up on the arms as the AGE kits. It just might be modifying the waist so it fits together that might be a bit tricky.

I suggest looking at Dalong.net. They have instruction manuals uploaded that might make planning this a lot easier if you don't already have the kits already.

Hm...since the 00 and the Quanta have similar looking heads, if I decide to go with the Gundam. I may just use its head instead of the 00's just as a cost saving measure. It's also hard to tell if I'll need to modify the waist.

Yep, Ive never been one to wait to build Gunpla :lol and I use just the normal Gundam panel lining marker
