I still love that OO came out only like five years ago and Power Rangers still made the thief the black character. That shit wasn't okay in MMPR, it certainly ain't okay now.

I hated Will before I learned about the charity-poster thing. He was annoying, unlikable, and I'm not quite sure why they made him a Ranger to begin with.

And to make it worse he got as much, if not more, screentime than the Red Ranger.

If I had to push for him it'd be as White (I find Green to be more overrated, although they both are really), but sixth is an extremely strong category so it'll be interesting to see how things go.

I don't see why the color of anyone's skin should matter as to what their character is like. I don't think there was any racism to it behind the scenes even though people make jokes. Walter Jones has said he was cast to be the Blue Ranger but asked to be Black because he thought kids would find him cooler.

I've avoided OO from all the bad things I've heard so I can't speak to that character so much but isn't equality that anyone can be anything? Doctor, lawyer, cashier, thief, etc. Unless it's really obviously racist I never think twice about stuff like that. I mean, if all the thieves on TV were white because everyone was being PC that wouldn't be realistic either and sooner or later people would say something about that too.

i think you should give OO a chance. i mostly enjoyed it despite what everyone here says.

Only thing I've watched was the "Once a Ranger" two-part because I couldn't pass up on a team with Adam, Tori, Bridge, and Kira. Didn't really understand much of what the show was actually about.

Green Tommy is my favorite Tommy because that it what he was when I was 7 and he was the coolest thing ever. Having said that I am actually starting to think he may best fit this team winning by the grack division (and he'd be wearing green if he did).

Green Ranger Tommy is in 6th. How would winning Grack net him his Green powers when it's clearly listed as Dino Thunder (Black) here?

I think in Tommy's case, it's more of the former rather than the latter.

I didn't say he'd get his green powers but that he would be wearing green again because there is no Gokai Black. Isn't that the whole point, that the winner puts on the Gokai suit?
