ok for people that think the US MMPR Female Yellow will come with a skit is Even more less show accurate while rewatching all the Season of MMPr with there own Footage Yellow still did not have a skit. so they will do a Deka ranger on us wher it be a female build and skirtless so people hope for skirts will still be un happy cause it be like Deka girls.

People were talking about the male mold potentially coming with an optional skirt. So then why couldn't we extend that logic to the female mold. Yeah, it probably will be like the Deka girls, but they could and should have an alt skirt piece. I mean, unless they completely reshoot the Gokai Zyuranger scenes, the skirt would be accurate for Super Megaforce and a very nice touch I think.

If they went as far as making a second mold for the same character, I think they can take an extra step and have that skirt piece.

Doesn't count. Lauren was Red for one and a half episodes, and they only used her at all because they were lazy and copying Shinkenger verbatum. So her being in the show is more because of Japan than Saban.

Jen was a strong Leader, true enough, but she was also a Pink. Not Red.

Every time I hear about Saban and what they do on Power Rangers I think of that Black Nerd Rant episode about the Super Megaforce upcoming episode with returning past Power Rangers and his "I AM SABAN!" line.

Honestly I care little for this in itself and more for what it means in a wider sense. All we've had is the elitists blabbering on and on about crappy AkibaRanger accessories and now Power Rangers fans have had something made for them, it proves we have a voice that is valued in a way that the elitists try and convince us of otherwise, I can't wait to see what this means for the future!

Don't turn this into an "elitist vs casual fan" type of argument or something. There's a valid argument to have the Akibaranger parts included for those who care and the people who don't care also have another valid argument as well. Same thing with the whole Tiger Ranger thing. People can argue it either way. Don't incite people by calling them elitists. All you're doing is asking for trouble to start at that point.

Think of all the possibilities this could lead to! When GoGoV gets Figuarts, maybe we could actually convince Bandai to make us a Titanium Ranger now, for example.

The possibility of a female Tiger Ranger is a huge, huge development, because it proves that there's enough of a voice here to actually make them consider and care for the Western consumers beyond "Eh. Just slap a sticker on the box and call it a day."

I swear if we ever get a Titanium Ranger release, I will kiss the feet of Bandai for doing so.

yeah that's what I, and assume others, have said! Even if its just an extra accessory or two that represent the Ranger, itd be really nice to have stuff made exclusively for us, that recognises Power Rangers is its own franchise with fans who aren't automatically interested in the sentai stuff. It feels like we have a voice now in a way I dont think we often did before.

Well and wasn't it confirmed that Zed will be a Figuarts Zero? That alone speaks volumes about the influence of this market. There are some exclusive US elements that I'd kill for like Zed, Titanium Ranger, or the Jungle Fury Spirit Rangers. And it's great that those are now a legitimate possibility.

I think it's wonderful news! Because for some franchises they are 'dead' in Asia.

For example, DBZ. I was told by a sales rep (I live in Asia) that the DBZ SH Figuarts aren't selling in Asia so if I wanted to see more releases like regular Goku, Freeza/Frieza etc, it would depend on the US or 'west' demand.

Fast forward to today and we have Freeza/Freiza and Cell! C'mon US fans please buy more SH Figuarts especially DBZ! :)

I still dont even know why there is fighting, we can act like AkibaRanger accessories are the way it is meant to be but making a female yellow Ranger for Power Rangers fans...is a bad thing? And yes I know its not screen accurate blahblah but neither is Powerful Rangers for an MMPR fan, so if you want a Tiger Ranger...just buy the male one, dont bitch about the female one, it isn't like they're stopping you from getting the one you want.

im sorry, its just frustrating. Japan adds an accessory? They say its the most necessary thing since oxygen, America adds something and there's a whole thread of.arguing over it. I recognise there I s a.differnece between accessories and full body molds but Tiger Ranger never went away, if you want show accurracy or ZyuRanger figures and if you don't like Power Rangers, that's cool as well, but can't Power Rangers fans ever enjoy stuff made for them without a side dish of snide?

This is pretty cool news. I'm sure the female version will eventually get a release in Japan as the Gokai Change version, but we all know the real reason this version was made ;).

Actually the female yellow ranger is on display already, and it's not as radically different as you are all making it out to be. What is different is basically the chest area. Like you can barely tell. Even the chest on the female pink ranger is barely noticeable.

And the matter is FINALLY settled.
