Can we get a Ranger Reject tier vote? Kind of like an honorable mention for all those who didn't qualify to be in here. I just think that no matter who wins this is gonna end up bitter in the end and this should be fun and end on a high note. So a reject tier would be just a lighthearted fun way to end this. I went with Tommy, he should have won Grack honestly but he deserves to be SOMEWHERE on this team and as all my best candidates for sixth have been knocked out, Tommy should take this.

I'm sorry but whether people like it or not Tommy is one of the Ultimate Rangers, he's had a range of power sets he's had to learn and master on his own, he's lead teams, supported teams and mentored teams. Survived wars against ranges of every kind of evil and we've watched him grow from that initial evil and awesome Green Ranger into the man we now know him as in the show. Tommy deserves a place on this team, and as my first and second choices are already gone, I think Tommy is more deserving of this than RJ who, while being a great character is not a ranger of Tommy's calibre or importance.

Experience is not equivalent to superiority. An old coot of a war veteran who has fought in more battles than hair on my head (and that's a lot of hair), while definitely a skilled soldier, does not mean that (s)he is a better soldier than a new cadet. Yes, the old coot has the experience, but the spring-chicken cadet has the better ability to learn and adapt, in addition to having youth on their side. You can teach an old dog new tricks, but it's a lot easier to teach a puppy.

Yes, Tommy has come a long way from being the evil Green Ranger. He has garnered numerous powers and numerous skills, developed as a leader and a teacher, and has served the longest tenure as a Ranger than anyone else we know of.

R.J., despite appearances, is no slouch either. R.J. chose to break his family's tradition of being a master of the shark spirit and chose to find his own path, going against his father's wishes. Instead, he became a Pai Zhaq master with his wolf spirit, being one of 11 Pai Zhaq masters in Earth's history. Tommy may be a skilled martial artist, but it's a lot easier to be a karate master than it is a Pai Zhaq master. Yes, Tommy has led and mentored teams, but so has R.J. In fact, I dare say that R.J. did it better. Most of the occasions on which he led the team had him come up with the plan and assist in the execution. Also, he spent more time mentoring the other Rangers on his team than Tommy, who was trapped in amber like an insect. R.J. did all of that while also running a business, even managing to keep it successful. He was able to make the best of a kitchen fire. Tommy did earn a doctorate in archaeology, which is not something to sniff at, but in the end, I think R.J. is the Ultimate Sixth Ranger.

As this is the final position, I thinking this less blow for blow and more on how important the character is. RJ is just a blip in Power Rangers history when in many senses Tommy IS Power Rangers history.

Wrong way to go about it? Maybe, but I've watched more deserving Rangers go down time after time, there is nothing Ultimate about this team so the team at least deserves to have Tommy on it.

So you're basically saying this whole tourney is null and void.All the other categories weren't based on importance,but skills/powers/personality/leadership.Grack went down the tubes cause of Tommy,yet you want him on the team "Cause he's Tommy"Not cause he's good,just cause he's Tommy.Then the whole ultimate team should just be MMPR.I mean if were going by importance instead of skills,without them there would be no Power Rangers so why not.

And as for there not being anything Ultimate about the team,could be further from the truth.I dare you to tell me Carter isnt the best red out there.Same goes for Jen.The others I do question,but its funny you say their not the ultimate.We have Adam because of Tommy's popularity and not clear voting.

That isn't what I'm saying at all but with one position left, I'm making it count. Plus, everyone knows Tommy's skills and how much he overpowers pretty much everyone else but his detractors don't want to see or admit it, so there is no point debating it.

So this is where the whole detractors thing came from.You assume I hate Tommy,yet I was strongly in support of him winning Grack.I could understand him winning that cause by the time he was Dino Thunder Black he had alot of experience and power under his belt.

I'm not taking anything away from him as MMPR Green/White,but comparing him to some of the sixths he's beaten already,its kind of a joke.Especially Kruger.I already said he would beat RJ,I knew he would.But Kruger was and will always be a better leader and fighter then Tommy.He proved that in his first fight and the fact of how many people he leads.

I also like how everyone that's supporting Tommy just gives the excuses of "He's powerful" or "He's the best ranger".No real proof to back it up,just people saying it.

I don't assume anything, Adam got onto the team because people didn't want to vote for Tommy, Adam doesn't actually deserve to be here he just got a detractor majority vote and now he's taking up a spot Tommy should be in.

I wish Tommy wasn't in the sixth Ranger category so it could have played out in a more interesting way, but alas the detractors shot themselves in the foot and ruined the fun for everyone else. Eric or Ryan deserves to be in that Silver suit but third best is Tommy.

I can't disagree with you there.I honestly think he should be in Grack,which is why the tournament is the way it is now.Alot of Gracks got dumped because of voting Tommy to the finals just to dump him.If they wanted him in sixth,then let him lose first round,not the finals.

That being said,how could you not see that Kruger is a good sixth,if not the best.I admit,Ryan was really good.Eric was meh to me.Strong yes,but he was only a good leader when it was a team he wanted to lead.He was driven by jealousy and hate.Sure he had his sensitive side,but it wasn't shown till the end.I also understand him working up from the bottom to where he is now,but so have alot of other sixths as well.

Yeah the way Tommy got shafted really ended up being a waste of time and just caused further problems.

But in terms of Kruger, mainly because minus Sky, I didn't think SPD had good characters. Arcs played out too slowly and too inconsistently to really make the characters themselves meaningful. Kruger refused to pick up his sword because of what happened to his planet, his new love Kat was in danger so he donned the Ranger powers once again...oh wait my wife is actually alive, bye Kat. Oh well...that was underwhelming.

Not only is Eric strong, he had a consistent character arc which grew across the season and he's both had to support and lead, maybe he isn't perfect but he's my all time favourite Sixth and I think he has the evidence to prove he is a worthy favourite. Plus, unlike other sixes he appeared in Forever Red.

It says MMPR next to his name but the picture is definitely not from MMPR, and if that's the representation being used then that's who I'm voting for. Kruger is the only one with more Ranger experience than Tommy, he lost though so I voted for Tommy.

So far the rage filled comments have been from people tired of too much Tommy because he's Tommy. Anytime someone has posted a fact about Tommy's career it seems all that is heard by some is "I love Tommy". His vast qualifications have been mentioned over and over for rounds so we all know them if we didn't before. Now it's just about being honest on who's best for the team but that didn't happen in grack finals either.

I will say I watched the first 3 episodes of Jungle Fury today and RJ does seem cool but I still don't get why people would think he is a better fit. Would our team of Gokaigers need someone to to train them in martial arts? They are all accomplished fighters already. What the team needs is someone that has knowledge and experience with multiple power sets. Tommy has kept the history of The Power and I think that is important. He will know right away how to use all the powers available to them.

Even watching Jungle Fury through to the end, and loving almost every second of it, doesn't do anything to convince why RJ deserves to be on this team more than Tommy.

Noone once said RJ would train them in martial arts.Compared to Tommy,RJ is a better fighter.Tommy knows martial arts,RJ is a Master of it.And yeah,I do think the team needs a mentor,but not one that teaches them how to fight.One that teaches them how to work as a team.RJ did that with the JF rangers.Tommy didn't bring the team together during MMPR,the whole team did.Tommy was basically a weapon to be pointed at the enemy.

I understand everyones love for Tommy,and the fact that he was the first sixth ranger,but that doesnt make him the best.Were judging this by him being in MMPR yet everyone brings up how many powers he's been through and how long he's been a ranger.This Tommy has a been a ranger twice.And if were going by your way and considering his whole power set,why didn't he win Grack? Why isn't the entire cast of Megaforce our Ultimate team? I mean they will have the keys.

That being said,I just see RJ being better for the ultimate team.He'd be a better fit.We can't just put a ranger in there cause "We think he's iconic".Being an iconic ranger doesnt help the team at all unless your trying to get into that special nightclub that noone can get into.People want Tommy for his celebrity status,I want RJ for his skills,leadership,and overall attitude.

Again, it is not stated that we are pulling young Tommy from the past but just that he is during these powers. It seems like a cheap trick to say that he wouldn't have his years of knowledge if he made this team and there is no rule or logic to support that. After the battle is over we would have modern Tommy wearing silver. All other rangers will have the years of experience after their seasons ended and so would Tommy. Just for the battle portion he wouldn't have access to Zeo, Turbo, or Dino Thunder. It's not about JDF's celebrity status but about the fact that a team like this using multiple powers would benefit most from Tommy. If you think RJ is somewhat stronger or just are burnt out on Tommy that is fine, bit be honest about it. You can vote whatever way you like but there is no need to put restrictions on Tommy that no one else in this tournament has had.

For the Last Time. This is Tommy has the White Ranger, period. Not future Tommy with the White Powers, or Tommy if he was posessed by the Phoenix Force, or Tommy has a Jedi Knight.

You know it's getting to me when I'd happily rather vote for ERIC over Tommy.

Tommy should have won Grack, Eric or Ryan should have won Sixth. Lily and Jen are the only members of this team I'm actually happy with.

Then by your logic we should treat all other rangers the same way.Why didn't Billy win Blue then? He'd be insanely strong knowing that he went to an alien planet and probably learned so much from them.Kruger would probably be in charge of the entire universe's spd force by now.Bridge would've been in the Red category.

Basing it on Tommy of the present and not Tommy back then means we'd have to redo the whole tournament.Everyone was judged on their power set and abilities from when they had them,not current day if they still had them.

I'd also like to point out this argument was never made for any of the other MMPR.Also I gave this exact same argument for Tommy in Grack,that he was suited for it then because he had all that experience,but some people voted against him "cause he's better as sixth".

Depends who counts, I think Sky would have made for a great Leader of the team but my favourite Red ever is probably Casey as he literally started as a true rookie and grew into a master. I think he achieved the most as a Red Ranger and showed the most for it as well which would make him for probably the best Red to lead the team.
