I see lots of complains from grown ups though. Kids are still very supportive after all these years.

To be fair it wasn't until I was in my late teens before I really noticed how shit filler was, so I guess you've got me there. Doesn't make the experience any more enjoyable though.

They don't really expect there will be lot of teens keep watching the shows anyway.
Sunday morning tokusatsu is pretty much the training ground for new idols and actors. There won't be too much complain from the viewers and sponsors as other Toei productions in prime time. Once they new batch gets through the training, the production companies will know what to do with their people next.

I am sure there are lots of complains from selected viewers all the time. The only groups that can get Toei to make a change are 1) PTA, and 2) BPO. Anything from the outside is pretty much ignored.

Like I said before, only thing I really don't like are the weird shoulder pads that don't actually cover the shoulders.

Helmet is cool, colours are unique. Overall, I think it will look good.

This is very depressing but makes a lot of sense, of a lot of things.

Very interested to see the direction this show goes in. The zaniness of the concept and desigs grabs my attention far more than Wizard or even Fourze did.

There was nothing wrong with Kyoryuger conceptually but it was just a terribly written, terribly paced mess that thought gags were worth more than anything else.

Personally I like that the designs actually look like samurai. That was one of qualms with Shinkenger.

Yeah I wonder why the photo looks so awful. I mean this is Japan you would have thought they've had 100 megapixel camera phones for at least a hundred years by now.

The Shinkenger designs were great. The problem with Shinkenger was the writing.. And the acting in the case of Samurai.

You put a different writer and different actors in Shinkenger and it'd be one of the greats.

The only reason I watched Shinkenger was Juzo, no regrets.

Sorry, I'm just not getting rider vibes from it much like with wizard. I gave wizard a fair shake mind you but, it just didn't do anything for me. It seems like this should be a new toku series and the kamen rider name is slapped on.

This is typical new Rider business. Lots of people ragging on the suit before the show starts based on the first scans of the suit. After awhile, you learn to tune those vapid comments out.

100% agree. That always bugged me as well. Gaimu really does look like some sort of high tech robo samurai. He looks more like a samurai than Wizard looks like a wizard, thats for sure.

It's kinda embarrassing that Power Rangers Samurai included suits that Shinkenger did not, that actually looked like real samurai. I mean when Power Rangers Samurai shows you up, you better get it together.

So now that we are beginning to see the fruits of Bandai's labor when do you think we'll get an official reveal? And that pear of Riders looks kinda bananas doesn't it?

But let's be honest, Kyoryuger is the apple in everyone's eye right now. And I'm not just talking about the fans. Bandai is make some serious money thanks to the popularity of Kyoryuger and their bottom line is all peaches and cream.

The last few KR series have all been lemons in terms of sales. And Wizard is looking to be another bowl of sour grapes sadly. Her's hoping that Gaimu (however the hell it's pronounced) is good and becomes popular since KR's popularity is no longer in cherry condition.

Dude, the shows are made to sell toys. They cannot sell toys if they spend 50 episodes on non-stop plot. They also cannot sell toys if they do not do a year long series.

Not sure what you are talking about, but every series since Decade has been peachy keen. They have been fun, well written most of the time, full of great characters, full of great villains, and the costumes have been cool. I pray to the gods I am wrong, but this looks to be the first bomb since Decade.

Also, you can not seriously believe this to be a bomb when all we have seen are low-quality pics of the suit. You must be joking.
