We have 14 listings for Ranger Key 3 packs. We are shown on the back of the packaging the following groups:
1) PRSM Red, Blue, Green 2) MMPR Red, Black, Blue 3) Zeo Red, Green, Blue 4) Turbo Red, Green, Blue 5) In Space Red, Black, Blue 6) Lost Galaxy Red, Blue, Green 7) Lightspeed Rescue Red, Blue, Green 8) Time Force Red, Blue, Green 9) Wild Force Red, Black, Blue 10) Ninja Storm Red, Blue, Yellow 11) SPD Red, Blue, Green 12) Mystic Force Red, Green, Yellow 13) Samurai Red, Blue, Green Hmm. |
Still only one woman and they made her a man on the key. And yes I know, it's a minor problem. But I want to collect the poor unloved female rangers :lol You're screwin' me up Bandai!
Have they given any official reason why we aren't getting full teams as keys? |

They're easy to make, relatively inexpensive overall, and they know fans are going to go nuts. You'll probably even have freebie keys handed out. As for why we're not seeing full team releases? Who knows. Probably a marketing decision that believes that a 5 pack of keys is overkill, and that the price wouldn't justify it. You'd be looking at $20 for a 5 pack of keys. |

Added a "please note" to the first post.
Maybe now I won't have other message board moderators or site owners flinging insults at us on Twitter. Stay classy, John. |
You would think that it would be at least somewhat common knowledge that store listings like these are sort of in a state of flux.
With these cycles, zords w/keys, and figures all seemingly pulling from several different PR generations, it makes me wonder what else Bandai could do with them. Especially the zords and cycles. |
Here's the thing -
No one is going to lose their job over this. All of this information is easy public access - a single phone call would net you all the same information. This information isn't "sensitive" or anything of the sort. Anyone who has ever worked retail management for any amount of time can tell you that. So for those who are trying to tout some sort of retail white-knight type of attitude - you're being dumb, really. The only way someone can lose their job with information like this is if they started posting SALES information, like how much sold, what it sold compared to something else, etc. The only thing retail stores don't want you to know is how much they've made on their items. If the store also shows the profit margin % of the item, that too may be sensitive although not much (ie: Ranger Keys at $7.99 with a profit margin % of 8.9%). The assortment numbers are all Bandai - this information doesn't change very much if at all, because by the time the assortment number is designated, it's usually on the product packaging itself. So while an assortment number *CAN* change, the likelihood that it changes in to a different product is pretty slim. The reality of it is that you're more likely to see an assortment # vanish than to ever be re-assigned. The item #'s you see listed in the Toys'R'Us system is simply the designation that the item gets for the store's inventory system and their registers. The general "Item Numbers" that are listed and have like 1-20 different item #'s is on Bandai's side - each package is in theory a different item number, but in Target, Toys'R'Us, WalMart, etc., it will be a single item number for the entire assortment. Confusing? A little bit. Just know that in the retail stores, three different Ranger Key packages will all be the same item # in all of their systems. But with Bandai, each package has its own item number. Hope that clears it up a bit. |

Somebody posted a review of the Legendary Megazord on youtube. You guys should check it out! |
Check out my video review of the new Legendary Megazord,
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oysu...ature=youtu.be |
I was looking at the back of the box for the Legendary Megazord and noticed that the Centaur mode has a strong possibility of still being in.Also,do we know if the 3 packs are blind or open?
Edit:I wonder if there is going to be a checklist for the keys, because on the back of the one that comes with the Megazord,it says "PR-001" on the grey key part on the back.Good news about all that,it's a triple digit code.Could be a possibility of hundreds of keys. |

Have there been any pictures of the 5" figures, beyond the core Super Megaforce team? I'm hoping X-Borg turns out to be the Gormin/foot soldier guys. And I'm curious to see the figures of past Rangers.

I honestly hope there will be someway they make female Ranger keys. Even if blind bags had to be the way to do it.

Something hit me while looking at Gokai-Oh. We aren't getting Fujin, or whatever his name was. When Pirates and Ninjas Unite! ... What the hell Bandai!

Can't have everything come out at once, or they won't have anything new for later in the season. |
Exactly, Fuuraimaru and the rest will just come later. It wasn't like we saw Gosei Wonder, Gosei Ultimate, the Bullzord and Clawzord when Samuai/Megaforce were first revealed.

I crave the Zeo Racer now.I got a better look at the racer and the fist handguns have holes on the sides of them....just big enough for the zord builder pegs on the shoulders.Which means you can recreate the battlezord combo mode.
|
So is Silver getting his Zord?

Totally the size of the zord builder pegs. And they're even on a side that'll make the fist right side up on the shoulder. |
Well, except the fists can't slide back into the cannon drum, which is a bummer, but other than that, sweet!
Too bad the fists can't hold the SPD guns. Shoulder mounted fists holding SPD guns. Yeeeeeah! |

Here is an up to date list of all of the item numbers I have found in various store systems along with the name if it has been found. An item number by itself without a name represents an item under that listing I have not found a name for yet. For example, there was a second Deluxe Morpher under the item number 38002 found, while Legendary Morpher is 38001. Fans are speculating that 38002 is the Silver Morpher.
As always, the items that we haven't seen released may not be released and the information may change or be incomplete. All TRU item numbers are specific to that assortment of Super Megaforce items and will not pull up any Megaforce, Samurai or MMPR items. Some Target DPCI's are grouped with MMPR/Samurai/Megaforce toys and are less than useful to use to track down. DPCI numbers that are new and limited to only Super Megaforce are marked as such. Quote:

Hmm. Im thinking of the spaces between Reds. We are missing Turbo, Space, LG, Time Force, and Overdrive. Plus a few spaces inbteween where they would be, means we might see 6th rangers? Zeo Gold? Titanium? Quantum? Dino White? Dino Black? Jungle Fury Wolf?!
|
I'm curious on why there's a generic Red Hero without a better name. The Lightspeed Figure, I want to assume is a red, but I can't. It can be anything. I'm heavily leaning toward 38206 being Silver.
8 planned Armored Mights is making me VERY curious. Also, that is 19 Key packs there. Count it up, MMPR, Alien, Zeo -> Super Megaforce = 19. Also with 3 more cycles planned, that Lion and Ninja Zord, I'm wondering where the other Red Ranger keys are coming now. Also 3 Megazords is making me think they are possibly Legendary Megazord, Gosei Great Megazord and Gozyujin. |
