Just because he's not planning on buying them doesn't make his opinion irrelevant. He can still see them and formulate an opinion. He is completely correct too; its not "just a few crossbones" there is a lot missing (He even left out a lot of them in his list). Sure, there's reason for that, but anyone can see the difference.

While the Gosei Great Megazord felt rather cheap and lite the Legendary definitely has a bit more heft to it.

And this may be an isolated case with me but I recall my Gosei Megazord having very weak legs. Well because of the nature of the fixed yellow foot piece being on a swivel, and the way it's sort of packaged off to one side, my Legendary is also incredibly loose and leans forward a bit too.

I'm ok with missing paint apps because the designers at least took the time and effort to sculpt the details there in the first place.

Kids aren't going to care if every little detail is painted, but I think it's great that if an adult wants to take a gundam market/paint to the figures they at least have the molded details there to accent.

Yes, not painting all the little insignias and whatnot is lazy/cheap, but they could have just as easily cut them out in the first place.

It is irrelevant because the whole talk has been about if you want show accuracy, go for the BOJ version, if you want affordable go BOA version. He can gripe about missing paint apps and not show accurate, but when it comes down to it, his opinion doesn't help someone who does want to buy one at all.

On the flip side, I rarely see anything but the girls for both the Samurai and Megaforce lines.

I do agree that seemingly not making the keys at all is pretty sucky though.

Well it does say that there are more keys available than pictures. Which is good 'cos that sea of red blue and green is a little sad.

You're right! The small print says "Not all keys shown here. Not all keys unlock unique sounds." so there may be some hope for the girls still!

This may not be crazy important and I suppose I should have included this in the first pos,t but the literal names of the individual vehicles are:

Apparently the ranger key is also purposefully meant to be stored inside the chest. There's a notch to hold the key in place. But without the key you can't activate the gimmick and have to force the door open....

Maybe it's meant just for the special clear key,or maybe a key we get later on.

I'm debating on getting the Japanese/Korean releases, but I'll still buy this too to interact with my other Zord Builder toys.

... It's funny, I had no interest in Megaforce, and then on a whim, I bought the Gosei Great Megazord. And then within a week I had everything to make Gosei Great Grand and Gosei Ultra.

Yes. Mine is very loose. Makes the whole thing lean forward just a bit.

I guess maybe I should wait for the next batch of Megazords to ship?

The Legendary Megazord looks amazing. I can't wait to get it. The Zordbuilder line looks to be better than ever.

I think for fans of the Zord Builder line, this is a must. I like how clean the other forms are going to look compared to the sentai toy release.

As I mentioned before, my birthday's in a few days, maybe I'll get it then.

This seems like a good remake of Gokaioh, plus it's a lot easier to get, so yeah.

I think it's great for what it is, nice alternative to the Gokai-oh. They could've done a lot worse on this. I plan on getting this and suspending it from the cieling.

Never been a fan of buying Megazord toys, but, really tempted to get this after looking at the pictures

Never got the Japanesee version of this but it always looked cool to me. Also while its nice they had made it work with the other Megazords, Zords something that makes a bit of sense based on that they get the powers of the other rangers from the keys and get versions of other Zords the gimmick seemed to sacrifice a bit on the ascetic sides like the reduced paint apps despite the smaller size and the oddly placed nubs that look silly unless you are using the gimmick. As for the size of the zords they look a little bigger than I was expecting actually. Also nice to see they're not just limiting themselves to the zords used in Gokagier for the accessory pieces.

Still pretty tempted to get this guy for the anniversary and all and the ranger key too.

I watched Baltmatrix's review of the Legendary Megazord over the weekend. I wasn't a fan of GokaiOh, the hunk of hollow plastic that it was, I'm less of a fan of the Legendary Megazord with it's barely transforming limbs and Zord Builder connection points all over the place... but I'm again tempted by the Ranger Keys. They're just so tiny that I want to buy them all and let them trickle between my fingers like doubloons

Not bad, but not exactly my cup of tea. I'll stick to the retrofire styled version of it.

The new Dragonzord appears to have Zord-builder pegs behind his knees, for connecting the Triceratops and Tiger as legs. You would probably need to have the Mastodon from the Legacy Megazord (or 2010 version), sans Megazord arms, clasped on as a backpack in order to connect the Legendary arms.

I'm torn on this thing. I appearicate that BoA went through the trouble to make an all new mold for Gokai-Oh/ Legendary Megazord, but it's not jumping out at me like I have to have it.

It's a strange practice to me although I can see why it was done this way.

I'm seeing what Balt means about the legs. Why, exactly, couldn't they hide the pegs away like with the arms? With Pinks, they could even have it go all the way in and the bridge pop out at the same time.

Looks great, looking forward to seeing more Seasons get Zord add-ons that Gokai-Oh never got!
