I actually kind of agree with Locke.

BUT it's obvious Gridon's going to at least stick around for a good while, so I'm guessing it's humble beginnings.

Plus he's so fucking cute in rider mode. Like a stuffed toy. He's so unassuming and innocent looking. Even his hammer actually looks like one of the role play toys verses an actual prop.

I don't want Bravo to be killed off, I just expect him to be.

Nay, Gridon sounds like it belongs in Tron. Ornac sounds like a good squirrel name which brings us back to acorns.



PS It getting people's panties in a bunch is a nice bonus. It's like watching an anime purist watch Digimon dub. So fun. :p

I voted Ryugen. And it came down to design alone. Kouta is my favorite character, by miles. Because he reminds me alot of me. But when it comes to Suit Design I had to go for Ryugen. I love the green on gold with the purple, Kiwi Arms looks magnificent, and even wearing W's armor he looks beautiful.

Lol. Fine, be that way. I demand you call the other riders by their translated names as well then. If you're going to be wrong, go all out. xD

If it was just design, I'd go with Bravo as my favorite with Zangetsu or Baron being second.

I don't see the problem with that. Those names are mostly awesome. No wonder Skull is so mad, Bulk named himself after a Space Gangster. :lol

Also, any name can sound like it's from Tron. Tron doesn't have a set convention for names. "Ornac" sounds more like a Tron name than "Gridon."

Clearly my Gridman reference was to obtuse. Should've went with "Gridon sounds like it's the superhero name of a Lawrence brother" instead. :p

Micchy because he's the impressionable type and cares about everybody and tries his best for others even if he gets his ass kicked. Plus, the Ryugen suit and powers are pretty cool.

The reason why I like him the most is because I relate to him, he's smart with a lot of pressures to be smart and not to do the hobby he loves, he has a girl that he likes that ignores him and he tries his best to support others (Just like me!)

Regardless of whether or not it's LOL SO FUNNEH to watch people get upset over the fact that they translated a name, the fact is, you don't translate names, period.

Baron > everyone else. He's the Knight (literally and in analogue to Ryuki) of Gaim.

I voted Gaim but I really like Gridon and Kurokage. They are the Jay and Silent Bob of the show.

Ryuger. I can't wait to see more of Micchy, and I need a Ac of this guy. Time to start buying from Japanese thingies.

Alright all caught up with Gaim so far except episode 8, and I'll have to say definitely Micchi is my favorite with Kaito as a close second tied with Kota after that last episode. I am a little brother myself and can really relate with Micchi, and well I love the color green and love that his name Ryugen has something to do with Dragons. I love Kaito because of his meaning of strength. Kota really showed what it means to be hero in episode 7 and really showed the potential he has.

After those 3 I'd say Zangetsu and Bravo are next, I absolutely love Oren Pierre Alfonso I think he is the Deadpool of Gaim right now. Takatora's ferocity and being a caring brother I like about him too. I actually also relate to Gridon as well, he reminds me of Punch Hopper so I hope he lives up to his potential more than Punch Hopper did. Also Kurokage looks badass and was pretty awesome against Baron, if the two of them grow and develop I could see them become more than a comedy duo.

Bravo, not even a contest. He's probably up with Zolda as my all time favorite rider.

He is both flamboyant and badass in a way that just ****ing works.

I agree with Kickback in that he'll be the first to die, if anyone dies.

I think I'm at the point where I think Kouta is my favorite right now, I am still switching between Kaito, Micchi and Kouta, man these three are so awesome.

I find Kaito the most complicated to like, as whenever the show seems to be about to make him less of an asshole, they make him MORE of an asshole. I know he's a complex character, and I'm grateful for that, but what a douche!

In terms of coolness as riders, I'd say my favorite is Baron. In terms of liking them in their non-transformed state I'd say Micchi.

Micchi is going dark. You can almost see it coming. But he's going to go dark in such an awesome way that how could you not love him?
