I'd wanna see what these guys look like done up in a metallic paint scheme.

Kabuto in particular should look fantastic, like he's in the middle of clock up or something.

They look really good and the amount of options they come with just makes them even better. Really can't wait to get them. I did get the Figure-rise 6 Tiger and Bunny and they're very solid figures, and these two look even better. Also really cool that they come with stands. Hopefully Bandai continues making these. I think I'd get all of them. Also love the size and price.

Anyone know what the 3 little pictures with the differently coloured and decoed versions of them are supposed to be? Just an example of what you could do with them?

Kabuto is 2300 yen and Faiz is 2000 yen so they're even cheaper then their Figuarts cousins.

How do they pose with Figuarts? For the price I'm highly considering getting Kabuto's kit instead of the renewal.

That's Faiz Axel and Dark Kabuto. The easiest repaint possibilities of either figure.

If this line really is 1/12, a 6' tall character (most KR are actually listed as being >6') would be 6" tall. And assuming the average FR6 figure will be about 6" (T&B FR6s are both a little bit above 6", which would be accurate to their actual height in 1/12 scale), that would put them about a half inch taller than most Figuarts, so maybe the scale won't work out too well. Still, on a shelf where they're all posed I'm sure they'll look fine together.

They do.

I can actually more distinguish construction from these pics, and they look like the build will be just as fun and intuitive as the larger kits. The strength of Figurerise was how complex and the shear ammount of parts, yet they're incredibly straightforward and intuitive. I was able to build Skull without any prior model experience.

What would you mean by official? Those are official forms from both of those shows, yeah. But as far as kits? I mean these two aren't even out yet. Those are just prototypes to show off what they'll look like as those other forms too. If these sell then sure those are the two most likely to happen.

Ya, I meant as kits. As in, what does the blurb say (actually, anyone able to translate the whole thing? That'd be tremendously excellent). Hopefully this line is expansive and results in some good variety and we're not already going straight to repaints (I suppose is essentially my train of thought).

Also, does anything on those pages say anything about stickers? From the pics, pretty much everything looks molded in colour, but for some parts like Faiz's shoes, that seems like it'd be tricky on a kit (for example, on the T&B figures, their "shoe" soles are sculpted, but they have stickers for any colour needed). If they actually managed to go sticker-less and look that good that is very impressive.

Figurerises' general MO is to offer stickers for un-assemble-able details. However, a lot of official photos will have those areas painted to have the model look it's best.

Basically paint is recommended for maximum effect, but if you don't want to paint they cover you. Example: all the thin black line detail on the W suit? Realistically you should paint it, but they still offer stickers.

Options, really. Do you want good-looking with minimal work, or best looking with extra work?

Stickers are still preferable for decals and stuff, though. It's ultimately up to you.

Only 1450 yen?! I've heard both the Faiz SHF and the SIC are awful, but why'd this have to be a model kit? I want a good representation of him and it's like I'm shafted in every area.

I want both of these bad...but I'm not much of a model guy and only recently got back into attempting them because of the miniplas. I think I'll just wait for Kabuto's renewal figuart. As for Faiz, I'll just either get the figuart or SIC. Whatever is cheaper.

I'm getting Kabuto for the Armored form and kick effect part.

And Faiz's effect part is stellar.

Whoever told you the Faiz SHF is awful, lied to you. It's great. Especially the Glow Stage version. :)

Not 100% accurate, the finger tips aren't silver like they should be, which is rather disappointing, but the upcoming reissue in the AutoVajin 2 pack is supposed to have them painted, so I'd say you should get it.

Those AmiAmi prices are great, so I'm grabbing both.
