There aren't two blues. One is Kyoryu Cyan, one is Deathryuger, and one is Kyoryu Blue.

No. What I mean is in the DVD cover, there are two teams of Kyoryugers. I am assuming that in the future, there'll be a new Kyoryuger team and team comprised of spirit rangers (original Kyoryugers wearing new colors) but since Nossam is the only one with his old color, I wonder who the new Blue is going to be that's all.

No there's time travel involved. We've already seen stills of Kyoryu Navy going to the past and meeting his predecessors. Chances are the originals will return to the future to help in the battle.
