The skirt armor may look a little odd but considering this thing transforms from a ball into that, I can forgive it.

It'd look better if it was higher up, but honestly things like that are things you have to sorta accept with the line - and things I was perfectly fine accepting back when I was ordering these before the scalpers sunk their teeth in. I feel sorry for people paying premium SHF prices for these things, they really aren't worth it.

I might grab this if I can find it for a realistic price, but I'm not paying stupid prices like those Mandrake Zangetsu ACs going for 8000 yen before shipping.

I'm interested in seeing how this guy transforms for sure. I wonder if the skirts will obstruct poseability?

It wont be the first time, if it does, just look at Baron's shoulder pads.

Makes me curious to see how the FIguarts will deal with the massive skirt and the flags.

Sometimes the midseason is a better design than the final combo.

Case in point, I'd take TaJaDoru over PuToTyra any day.

But like a lot of forms I find, it isn't the form that fails it's the execution of it.

Take Infinity, personally I thought that had a cool design and a cool weapon but until like the last episode the form barely had any context or definition...it was just sorta there. Which was especially frustrating as Flame Dragon was much better realised.

Same with Tajador over MMPR. There is nothing wrong with the MMPR form conceptually, but it just comes from nowhere and steals all the screen time, despite the fact that Tajador is much deeper rooted in the shows universe and story.

So I'll be interested to see how this is executed, and whether the next form will fuck it up.

The bottom part of the armor does looks rather bulky. but, overall looks really nice.

Controversial opinion but I don't think that toy does the costume justice. I get that they need to sacrifice stuff to keep it functional but eh. Looks like he's wearing a gong with a dress hanging off.
