If we go solely on how the character of Jason has appeared in his appearances since leaving the PR the first time, I'd say he'd make a much better Dantetsu-type for Dino Charge. All that wandering around, the peace thing, that long dusty coat thing he had in zeo... To me at least it makes so much sense, and it could be a really interesting role for him to fill to boot.

Assuming, of course, that JT gets his way on the straight-up copy of Sentai again. They could cut that role completely given the short run of power rangers these days.

It's always so awesome to hear what former rangers are doing with themselves, so much more so when you hear the stuff Austin has been up to. Puts JDF to shame, and I'm not frightened to say that.

(Hopefully) Dino Charge will come out better then Megaforce and Super Megaforce did, considering they're adapting 48 episodes of Kyoryuger into 40 episodes of Power Ranger rather then Goseiger and Gokaiger from 104-ish episodes to 40. If they're doing the "straight" Sentai adaption again like with Samurai I doubt they'll completely cut Dantetsu's role.

So rather than it being the power of music, it's about the power of bench presses?

Seriously, it's just so awesome to hear from ASJ again after so many years.

Honestly I'd prefer no MMPR in Dino Charge, but its Neo Saban and Dinosaurs, so I feel like its pretty much definite they'll get some MMPR worship in.

Personally I'd love to see maybe the Red Dino Charge Ranger could be the Son of Jason, and have Jason be Silver later with Dantetsu's footage would be kind of awesome. You know it could be a good way if they make the Red Dino Charge Ranger anything like King and why he would be good like that.

I hope is going to be a Dino Charge Ranger.

I knew he was a paramedic, but dang, doing it over there is amazing. he is truly a real life power ranger.

Uh I know many are sick of Tommy, but why do people hate JDF exactly?

That would be awesome. Like how Tommy came back as Black for Dino Thunder... only better because Jason's last color before leaving was Gold as well. :lol

Actually, in a meta sense, Tommy becoming Dino Thunder Black is a brilliant nod at continuity. Black isn't a colour, but the absence of all others, with that in mind it almost perfectly fits with the internal identity crisis Tommy is having as we find out in the Fighting Spirit two parter.

I'm so happy that Austin St. John is back! My childhood favorite from MMPR. Hopefully he continues making con appearances so I have a chance to meet him, and get him to sign a SHF Red Ranger figure. Just so amazing. God I sound like a greedy nerd, welcome back ASJ you've been missed! :)

It's great to see ASJ back in the community. Hopefully I will now get to meet him at a con (even if it means traveling to it) as I have always wanted to meet him. If this leads to him being in Dino Charge then its just an added bonus I'm just glad he's back.
