2: It wasn't exclusive to the Red Ranger
3: It wasn't used on the ground for the majority of its appearances

Not being called a Battlizer shouldn't be part of the reason to disclude it, since many don't.

None of them are actually called battlizers to my recollection. The morpher that allows them to access the forms are generally called Battlizers. But the names range from Red Armored Warrior, to Red Battle Warrior, to Sentinel Ranger, to Tri-Battlized Red Ranger, etc. If anything sometimes the term Battlized is used. But that's it.

I am excited for the characters. The ages should be more variable but oh well. And a caveman? Really?

Carnival is like the worst extremes of a battilizer, so I hope they design carnival forms for the other Rangers.

For the record...

I believe this is the news that Fury Diamond tweeted out last week and got a lot of unfair criticism for (being hopeful for Dino Charge because of something he couldn't talk about). He wouldn't run with this news unless he was already aware of it before the casting sheet leaked out.

There's been no ACTUAL confirmation (no one from Saban has said anything, Judd Lynn himself hasn't said anything). But there's been no DENIAL either from anyone. So treat it as it is. I hope it's true because this could be the change Power Rangers needs to become relevant on television again (not to knock the cast or production crews of Samurai or Megaforce).

Hope this news get confirmed sooner than later.
