While a good idea, we decided in our "Strongest Rider poll' a few years back that if Tendou can't steal Eiji's medals before transforming, Eiji would win, but if he could then Tendou wins.

TATOBA - base form with risk
SUPER TATOBA - risk free base form
Eiji starts with S.TATOBA.

So i guess all would agreed that kabuto hyper is definitely the strongest right? Guess this would change my opinion...

Well, when it's physically impossible to stop Tendou from becoming his Hyper form (Literally), it's hard to vote against him.

Here's my take on the matter-

OOO. Living zoo, more options. How so? Go down the list-

TaToBa: main form, balanced stats, enhanced to near X-ray vision with the Taka head, sharpness of the Tora claws and kicking and jumping power in the Batta legs. Ergo, hand to hand combat, he can find and stab your vitals, then kick you a couple feet back.

GataKiriBa: one man army. Creating clones, electrocution powers from the Kuwagata head, slicing powers with the Kamakiri scythes and again has the jumping power from the Batta legs. Think one rider kick is bad try having a hundred in your face.

RaToraTah: speedster, can blind you and incinerate you with the Lion head, has the Tora Claws again and super speed from the Cheetah legs. Stand in one spot too long, you'll see a flash and suddenly, the world will be slanted as you fall to pieces.

SaGoZo: brute strength. Don't let him headbutt you or else you'll be impaled on the Sai head, can launch his already super-strengthed punches with the Gori Bagon, and he just needs to take a step to cause mini earthquakes with his Zou Legs. Oh and he can control gravity. Pretty sure you try to fly away, you'll just get smashed into the ground.

TaJaDor: Firey full power. With the Taka Brave head his sight is a lot better, can launch feather shaped projectiles from his Kujaku wings, and has razor sharp Talons with his Condor legs. Also has the Tajya Spinner, which can be powered by cell medals or core medals. A full set of Purple medals in that lovely little weapon can cause you to turn into a black hole if it hits ya. And pretty sure the accuracy from the Taka Brave head helps with that. Also he can fly.

ShaUTa: Sebastian and Flounder can't save you here. Able to turn into a liquid form, echolocation and water spewing abilities from the Shachi head, electric eel whips from the Unagi arms and the ability to turn his lower legs into tentacles with the Tako Legs. Hit ya with some water, electrocute you and fling you into the air, then decimate you by delivering a drill kick

PuToTyra: Oooh, this is a fun one. Raw strength, the ability to manipulate ice and freeze people. Can fly with the Ptera head, pierce through with the shoulder pads of the Torikera arms and decimate opponents with the tail from the Tyranno legs. Also has access to the MedaGabryu, a powerful ax/bazooka weapon. Hits you with the bazooka's blast, you're a goner.

BuraKaWani: little exotic for my taste, no elemental affiliation. But can summon a giant snake with the Cobra head, defend himself and create a barrier with the Shields on the Kame arms, and deliver slicing kicks with the Wani legs. He also has a healing factor. So yeah, he's all good to keep fighting.

Super TaToBa: Enhanced form of TaToBa. Pretty much can do everything TaToBa can do but better. And he can fly. And due to being formed with time-displaced medals, can stop time.

And here's the kicker, with GataKiriBa and all the medals he can form all of these forms at once. And he's no just limited to these forms. Over 100 different combinations can be made from the core medals. You wanna talk versatility? OOO is all that and then some

Well, you made a statement about versatility. And all Wizard Infinity Dragon Gold is...well, Wizard Infinity Dragon...in gold. A color change does not make a form more versatile, it's the powers said form change bestows upon them. And all that form did was make it look like Haruto decided to bump up from the platinum pass at a casino to Gold.

Haha, but seriously, at the moment none could vs decade complete who has all heisei powers as well, even the original kabuto killed by him.

With access to all final form of kuuga to kiva, he is just impossible to beat

Now see lad, that's your mistake there, Decade complete has only been shown using the powers from Ichigo to himself, while only having a Double final form ride card being the card beyond those riders. He lacks the powers of Double onwards. With the right powers, one could be Decade complete.

And the Kuuga to Kiva thing, he can summon them, but they only mimic his moves. He's never shown the ability to turn into their final forms, just use them as puppets that mimic his every movement. They don't help at all against skilled fighters.

But didn't Infinty Dragon just do in the Wizard movie was a Rider kick?

Exactly. No real bonus but dragon parts, and then he got the parts painted in his next appearance. No versatility gained

Well let's see since I've watched a lot of different Kamen Riders and know most of their powers pretty well, and I think about this a lot.

Here is who I think are the most powerful:

Kuuga-Well Rising Mighty Kuuga's Rider kick could take out a huge part of the city, so I'm pretty sure that Amazing Mighty could take out more than that. Which also has to say that if one of his lower forms has that much power than Ultimate has to have a whole shit ton more power to it. Which leads to say that Rising Ultimate has to be super mega ultra fucking mega ton more powerful than even that. With his power in that form, and he is the man of 2000 skills which probably could say that number could even be higher by now, His abilities and powers could be a match for any Kamen Rider. Not saying if we know if his Ultimate forms take the abilities of his previous forms but if they did he would be very hard to defeat him.

Agito: Well all I have to say about Shining Agito is this: He killed a fucking God, or pretty much that was what the Overlord of Darkness was. So I don't know what other Kamen Riders have that level of power. Also the Agito always evolves so needless to say he could evolve into a more powerful form.

Faiz: Well having both a slow down time form, and a powerhouse form he does have an advantage here, however with his belt being removable unlike Kuuga and Agito's that makes him vulnerable. However he also is an Orphnoch so he could fight even if he did lose his belt, and we haven't seen him use it to his full potential so could possibly take on a lot of them. I mean he's died once I wouldn't doubt how far he'd go.

Blade: Well he's a combination of a Joker Undead plus his King Form with all 13 of the undead merged into him, and that if he believes in himself he gets stronger. I mean stays confident, he is a force to be reckoned with. To also be far you couldn't kill him unless you want to fuck over the world lol. He's smart to figure out how to stalemate a weird Obelisk, and willing to sacrifice his humanity. He'd go pretty far to defeat any opponent.

Chalice: Well for the same reasons I throw Blade in this, Chalice's Wild Form is just as powerful as his King Form or a little less, and Hajime is also now willing to sacrifice himself, also he is pretty ruthless.

Kabuto: I believe he speaks for himself, Super speed, and kind of Time Manipulation, as well as all the other power Hyper Kabuto can bring. Though like how Stronger stopped Kabuto for a bit by hitting the ground a disruptive environment could mess him up possibly.

Kiva: I want to say that Emperor form, and his huge Dragon/Bat form would make him immensely powerful, and by the end of Kiva he was really powerful. Though he did have trouble with some of his enemies but which rider didn't?

Decade: Well I mean he can use the powers of the others so that Automatically makes him really powerful.

W: I haven't watched this, so I can't comment on the power of the Gaia Memories.

OOO: Well obviously he is a power beyond infinity, so with all his forms he is extremely powerful. However he would probably only limited to his Super Tatoba form which is his most powerful because he can't keep the other medals on himself, he'd have to be thrown them or take them out of some place.

Fourze: I've seen his movies, and well I have to say that the Fusion Meteor Nadeshiko has to account for something with having the power of 3 riders in one. Especially if has the power of Fourze's Cosmic states too. I'm not entirely sure how powerful the Switches are though.

Wizard: Well he is magic based and magic is powerful, I haven't seen much of him so I am just going to believe that his Infinity Gold Dragon Form can put him on top of power.

Gaim: Well if Kiwami Arms get him the power enough to beat Roshuo who is seriously powerful, then I would be down to say he is powerful enough to compete against these other riders, especially with his arsenal like his.

J: To be fair we aren't sure exactly how powerful the J-Power he gets is. I know he is powered by the Earth so he could actually gain more power from it to take down anyone. Hell he could probably grow even bigger than imaginable and stomp on the other Riders. I don't know how Super Speed would stop that.

Black/RX: I think he might be powerful but don't entirely sure how powerful.

So after putting what I think of who are the most powerful trimming my list if they fought I think it would come down to OOO, Agito, Kuuga, J, Blade, Chalice, and Wizard.

Indeterminate for me: Double, Black/RX, and Fourze and possibly Shin Also Super-1 because his hands and Skills would make him kind of Batman-like Dark Horse in this but I am going with pure power.

Decade. When he bumrushes your area and destroys your world the only thing you have left is the condolences of Narutaki as he screams "ONORE DIKEIDOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Well kyoryu green, thanks alot for your time. If to be put in that way, my strongest line would be decade complete, 000 and wizard. However, wizard infinity dragon gold is my personal fav. You should watch gaim vs wizard movie.

Its down to OOO and Kabuto really. It just depends who's faster - the guy who can stop time or the guy who can traverse time.

I don't think I'd personally placed Infinity Dragon Gold very highly though. Infinity was certainly OP, but then Infinity Dragon just did a kick and Gold kinda just flew around hitting stuff. Both movies were kind of a letdown where powerups were concerned.

Zeo, your opinion between infinity vs hyper kabuto vs 000?

With Kabuto it honestly depends. I think OOO probably has the edge over the one we see but its established that in the future Tendou will become even more skilled with the Hyper Zecter so that version could sway things potentially.

I think Wizard would only really be able to have an edge in a straight fight without all the time manipulation going on.

I don't think that's one of his standard powers, though, and it destroyed a set of medals in the process to even pull it off...

I'm gonna have to say OOO...but I'm surprised that Black RX isn't on this list.

But 000 is not as fast as kabuto.. Lol

Let's think about one thing: Super Tatoba OOO can stop time but Hyper Kabuto can surpass the speed of light and this means he is faster than time itself so Eiji only can stop Tendou before he access hyper clock up and this brings the question: who is faster to transform?

This was the basis of arguement for our strongest Rider poll a few years ago.

Kabuto, not only is Hyper Form overpowered with super speed and time travel but it's also Tendou behind the wheel.
